First of all: you should be proud of yourself! You’re doing awesome already!

    – my first tip: clip pedals and cleats. I would look into learning how to ride with bike cleats. When done correctly, you get a lot more power and strength on your pedaling.

It looks like your route is pretty flat. What gears are you riding in? Take the gear higher and continue pedaling just as hard. With clips, you’ll feel the burn in your quads and shins for sure—push through that and continue to build strength.

    You’ll get there!

Ridiculously impressive performance OP I’m sadly so jealous. You’re a goat. On what canal edge/dried up lake valley do you live in to only climb 38 feet in 30 miles?? I don’t think I can get to the end of my block without climbing 20 feet. My average 12 mile { I need CPR afterwards so it’s genuinely not impressive } mile cycle has 700 to 900 feet of elevation. I live 50 miles north of San Francisco. 38 feet ?? In 30 miles. So impressive and also crazy 😝 thank you for sharing and for the inspiration 🙌🏻👏🏻🙏🏻✌🏻 OP. Slán go fóill
