Hey everyone!

I just got my first pair of cycling gloves and I'm a bit unsure about the fit. I've got really long and skinny hands – the gloves feel good in terms of width, but I'm not sure if they're too short at the wrist. Since this is my first pair, I don't really have a reference point for what's considered a "good fit".

I'll attach a few photos for reference. I'd really appreciate any feedback – do they look like they fit right, or should I try a different size or brand?

Thanks in advance!

  1. If they feel good what’s the problem? Looks good to me. You don’t want long gloves when riding in the heat. You already sweat enough. I wear gloves for safety and comfort reason. I don’t care how they look as long as they feel good.

Looks good to me as far as gloves go. I’d say they cover your palms pretty well and that’s what you want in a crash. As long as they still cover when your hands are at a 90 degree angle (like when you brace for a fall) you’re good to go.

  3. If you don’t have numb fingers and the gloves aren’t sliding around, they fit.

If they don’t fit, you must acquit.

Looks about right. I’m a fan of the Giro gloves. Their fingerless gloves usually have a wrist strap but some are full slip on like those. But take a look at the Giro models if you want to look at a second pair.
