Looks fine.
What is wrong with it? It looks very good. Maybe a change of cables, brake pas if they’re hard. Adjusting the gears of they don’t work well, just usual bike stuff
Looks old and dirty, but otherwise fine. A good cleaning, new tires, brake pads, maybe a new chain and some lube should be enough. If it doesn’t shift properly, it might need just some adjustment.
Looks completely fine to me! Just a cleanup, change the tyres & tubes maybe even the chainrings & shifters if you want them to be more modern… and it’ll be good as new!
