I was trying out a slammed stem on my endurace cf 7 with CP0030 handlebars but now I want to move it up a bit again. But I cannot remove the sleeve that is on the steerer tube. It is totally stuck. Does anyone know how to get it off? The first time I was able to slide it off but also not very easy.

Just take a knife or something else that is quite thin but still stable enough and slide it underneath the sleeve until you create a bigger gap for a screwdriver or those plastic levers used for removing interior covers in a car.
The original carbon paste by Canyon holds it quite well in place.
