The gold and copper is a great combo. You can always just make habit of unscrewing the water bottle lid to drink from. Not like you’ll be reaching down that far to grab and drink while actually riding anyway.

As someone who knows very little about full suspension bikes, what does this one do differently? It’s a really gorgeous bike with clearly very high end components, but what is this designed for? I can tell it’s shaped a bit differently than most full suspension bikes that I see but I don’t know what those differences mean.

Bottle position is fine, but either get a bottle with a cap or avoid dog-shit.

I’ve dealt with that bottle location – the easiest thing is to add little mud caps (there are camelback branded ones and knock offs on amazon).
Also, there are cool-looking tiranium wire cages that would hold better and look great with that frame.
