  1. Allows you to “close” the water bottle so it won’t leak with the twist lock by the nipple.

It’s to remind you each time you clean them that these bottles are far too complex and that you should switch to Elite Fly Tex’s only (best decision I’ve ever made)

They reduce the flow rate so they don’t spray everywhere when you squeeze them getting them out of the bottle cage.

  4. Well you tell us. You’re are the one the put yourrrr lips around all the time when go biking and maybe some casual around the house.

  5. Kind of a weird design, but if you run them in the dishwasher, or even just rinse them after use, nothing will grow on them. I have 4 or 5 and zero issues with mold.

  6. People. If your dishwasher is plastic safe (Bosch is great), pull that plug out and run them through the dishwasher.

One time, one of these came out in my dishwasher. I took it and plugged a whole in my dishwasher that was exactly the same size somehow.

That was the day I learned most dishwashers shoot the water in from the wall on one side and not the middle spout like you might imagine. The water fills in from the side and an entirely separate pump pushes it through the rotating thing. I don’t know why it’s done this way.

Plugging the hole caused my kitchen to flood, btw
