I’ve been getting a lot of inner tube punctures the last couple months that all look like this. These little “veins” pop up after a month or two of riding on fresh tubes for both front and rear tires and they eventually become a leak.
I have Conti GP 4 Seasons on both wheels, and have tire liners in both. I pump my tires to around 85 PSI and make sure they are around that pressure each week. My theory is that the tire liners are causing this, but has anyone else seen this before?

It’s friction from the tire liners. They might prevent pictures, but they absolutely rub holes in tubes. Use sealant if you’re that worried about flats.
Maybe just bad quality.
Maybe the pressure is to high or low for that kind of tire?
I had this problem once and i cut the used tire and lined the rim with it so it makes for extra protection.
What liners are you using?
Try GP 5000 AS TR set up tubeless (if your rims are compatible) I have had almost 5000 miles of use without a single puncture riding in a city and on gravel/bad roads.
