I noticed if I squeeze it firmly it bubbles and releases air. However I just rode 101km and the tyres are still very firm afterwards. I'm worried they'll eventually puncture. These are tubeless. My old non tubeless tyres I'd remove glass monthly but these tyres I haven't done it once. Should I deflate these tyres and remove glass? Do I just keep riding and rely on sealant? Thanks for your help I'm not really sure what to do.

I presume these are locations where you have a very small cut, as if from a glass shard or tack? If so, they are’t a huge worry as they don’t grow, but make sure the glass/flint is out of the hole, turn the tire hole side down, and “milk them” to try and get sealant into the hole. Then leave be.
Brand new GP5000 Tr? And they are leaking?
When was the last time you topped it up a new set up needs more sealant after a short period of time once the tyre is coated to fill all the holes.
Make sure to shake the bottle really well first.
If the hole doesn’t seal off, you could try rubbing some dirt on it. Normally that improves the sealing process for me.
What sealant are you using?
In my experience Schwalbe’s Doc Blue does not seal these tiny holes immediately. On the long run you could think about switching to a sealant that clumps faster and seals better (I.e. Stans Race Day sealant). But normally these sealants require to be replaced more frequently.
That’s one of the reasons I don’t use tubeless anymore on my road bike. When they puncture they piss sealant all over the bike and make a mess of it.
You need to get a plug kit. Stab the tire with a plug and wait 5 – 10 minutes and start riding again
Bacon strip!
Usually it dries up and seals within 5 minutes. For that specific issue of not drying after riding 101km, you may just want to remove the tire and pick out the glass. Then, you can patch the tire from inside using the typical tube patches that bond to rubber. There are also specially made ones for this application. I’ve had two punctures in the past two weeks, both times the sealant quickly sealed with minimal air loss. You should be fine just make sure the glass is out of the hole
Take the tire off, make sure there’s no glass left in the hole. Patch it from the inside, reinstall, and ride your bike. I’ve been doing this for over 5 years with no issues. It takes just a few minutes, and it’s better than dealing with plugs.
Ride it. If that were a tube it’d be flat already, but that will seal up fine as long as your sealant isn’t already dried up. I’ve got a few weepers like that in my gp5000’s, and when my sealant dries up I lose a few psi a day, but with fresh sealant they hold pressure for 2 weeks easy.
