48 Days of Bicycle Touring

Hello! Day 48 of what I call "The Long Way Home Bicycle Tour". Coming to you from the town of Kincaid, Saskatchewan, population: a little over 100.

I feel like I'm in phase 2 of this bike tour. I'm on what's known as "The Red Coat Trail" some call it "The Ghost Town Trail" – because of the many ghost towns along the way. I started phase 2 in Fort Macleod, and I'm riding this 1400km scenic road to Winnipeg! After that… well, I'll think about the future when I get there.

The change of scenery has been nice. A stark contrast compared to the dense forests and meandering trails of BC; now it's straight roads and flat lands. Beautiful weather today. Just a quick update, as I have to get up and moving. I hope you're all doing well, I'm doing well, and looking forward to exploring more of Saskatchewan's forgotten towns.
