Hi,
I got new bike and there is attached description of tightening thru axle. I have no idea how 15Nm feels like. I have a torque wrench. But can I use it on the side opposite to lever? What about not loosening the screw mentioned on attached file?
Sorry if this is basic stuff, but I was unable to find clear instructions on Google.

The lever is designed long enough that you will torque it to approximately 15nm by applying a normal amount of torque with your hand. Don’t overthink it just tighten it by hand.
From what the shop told me when I got my first trhuaxle bike. Has to be tight enough to not move, but you have to be able to loosen it by hand. I don’t know what 15Nm feels like, but you shouldn’t be putting your whole weight into it. More than finger tight, but not difficult to loosen. I realize that this might not be the clearest when you can’t actually do it with a torque wrench. As an aside, my rear wheel was way over tightened at the factory (or they forgot to grease the threads), the mechanic had to use a huge Allen lever to get my axle out! So make sure you can loosen and tighten both wheels!
do you go to the gym often? if yes, its when the resistance starts and you might hear a creak. if not for a while, its about a quarter turn after you start trying hard. if you have never been to the gym, its when it starts to feel like there is no way to tighten harder.
