My right hand 105 (7020?) sti is leaking but not from the usual place of the diaphragm on the side.
It appears to be coming from the circular feature at the front of the sti.
Anyone know what this thing is, what would cause a leak here and is my lever totally stuffed?

[its not mentioned on the EV which means shimano doesn’t sell spare parts for that part, its probably an access port to the piston](https://si.shimano.com/en/ev/ST-R7020-4341)
probably the diaphragm is damaged or dislodged
