I gave a shot to seat height adjustment with the torque wrench (never used before). And I immediately heard clicking while twisting and stopped. Is that normal, should I be worried while loosening screws?
Also noticed there's a discrepancy in the seat post screw. The bike has torx screw, but their video shows hex https://youtu.be/jFE6wLHqpfQ?

I have a 2nd gen Grail and it always makes a clicking sound when loosening the screw. My brother in law’s Grail does the same. Also the two Grails in did a test ride with at a shop.
