i have a trek domane al5 gen4. i have the bontrager r1 hard case lite 700×32 mm tyres. i wanna do endurance riding on it. i am 65 kgs and other bike accessories should be around another 2kgs. i ride on mostly asphalt but most times I do encounter some bumps i mean real potholes, i even broke my bottle cage as my bottle was rattling too much in the cage and then after a sudden bump from a pothole it broke apart and sent my bottle flying across the road which isn't good.
so the tyre itself says 70 psi max. so what should i run them on?
front and rear tyres?

I suggest the wolf tooth app to help you decide
I weigh about 95kg and ride a cervelo gravel bike. The vast majority of my rides are on quiet roads/cycle paths. I run tubeless tyres and I’m currently running 60psi which I’m currently finding perfect. Hope this helps a little.

60psi is perfect for mine. Max pressure is 70psi.
