  1. Looks good! I’m curious though why you’re using the seat bag when you have a rack you could use instead.

  2. Looks good, although seems a bit odd to carry around the weight of a rack only to strap some poles on it. Aren’t there any other places to put the poles?

Have you done a fully loaded test run? My first time out with loaded fork racks I had a sketchy wobble because my CG was too high. Moving some weight to the back helped. Have a great trip!

  4. Looks solid.

You just got one bottle holder or is there one on the handle bar invisible on this shot?

I d add a second for sure, or even a third but depends obv where you go to and infrastructure to refill.

  5. overall looks like you have it setup & ready to go, just make sure you have enough water in case you end up in the middle of nowhere & need it! If you don’t mind, can you tell me what type of handlebar bag you are using?

  6. Weight should be in center of the frame and low. And fork bags should only have light bulkier items on it. So the steering is good

  7. As the bishop said to the actress, “nice rack dear!”
Honestly, why dont you use the rack more with panniers. Thats proper cycle touring not this silly bikebacking shizzle.
Otherwise a very nice setup. Have a great trip!
