Can anyone please help me? I’m new to street/race bikes and I’m trying to figure out if this is a decent price?

2021 Canyon Ultimate CF SL 8 in size L. Equipped with Ultegra Di2, Reynolds carbon rims, Continental 5000 tires, Garmin mount, carbon bottle cages, Stages power meter and Look pedals. The bike is well maintained, rarely used and in new condition.

About 1k discount due to carbon wheels
It’s a nice bike, no doubt. If it’s indeed ‘like new’, then yes, that seems like a fair deal to me. Bike prices have spiked quite a bit since then, a new comparable bike would cost north of $5k.
The one concern is that this bike will have no warranty. You probably won’t need one, but it is a small risk to consider if the frame cracks.
For that money buy new so you can get a warranty.
