I'm a belgian, but.. merckx did dope, he was even caught a few times.. sooo… if he's a viable option, then I'm going for Armstrong 🤷♂️
Pogi is an amazing rider, but it still remains to be seen how long his talent will last. Many GC riders who start early, end up quitting early as well, often before they're 30. Or they fall into oblivion after 30. If they even make it to 30.
Look at the Shleck brothers and many others. Contador won his last grand tour at 32.
The way Pogi is riding, + the fact that he already mentioned it, indicate he might have a pretty short career.
