Looking at your pictures, I’d say M.
We’re pretty similar. I’m 190cm, 77cm waist and 74kg. Just got my second pair of Assos and am happy with my mediums.
M if you can get them on, smaller is more optimal
The smallest size that you can manage to put on.
M will fit best you as you don’t want the bottom to be too loose but you’re a tall ass dude so hope the M fits ya.
