hello everyone, basically after a fall several months ago, the bike started to make noise when I jump, the headset makes a crack as if something is broken or broken. Another thing, basically when I slam it also the bike vibrates a lot and also makes a lot of noise as if it doesn't absorb impacts well. Thanks for the help.

I had the same problem with my awful Acros headset. It was a damaged rubber centering that was the reason for this sound and vibrations. Take the fork out and inspect.
I had a Mega 2022 and also had a cracking noise in the headset from the start. I rerouted the internal cables and re adjusted the bolds of the headset and crown, and the noise was more or less gone. But if you say that the damping is also less after the fall, I suspect that there is a crack in the headset. You can do a coin test to check if there is a dicference in sound
did you try to adjust the headset preload?
