This is an older 2000s bike but would be a great entry level bike for the price. Appears to be 105 5600 shifters and decent wheelset. Personally not a fan of carbon seatstays on alloy frames but that’s just me. Check for cracks and other visible damage before purchasing.

I had a bike with that frame (not badged madi), loved it. If it rides well and doesn’t need a lot repair, sure. Better than what I’d sell it for
