  1. The one that's spelled correctly. No: the one that's pronounced correctly. Actually: the one that's spelled correctly. Or maybe: the one that's pronounced correctly. Such a profound 20 seconds analysis. It's really difficult to decide.

  2. Edinburgh for architecture and Glasgow for culture. I live in Glasgow and while Edinburgh is absolutely beautiful… Glasgow just has more mixture of culture and modernization. I often have to commute between the two. Edinburgh is great for tourists, Glasgow is great for locals and tourists.

  3. Im visiting both the last month of july, im trying to figure out if i need to pack summer clothes, or bring warm clothes?
Coming from the US and its extremely hot here in july…

  4. I lived in Edinburgh for 17 years and in Glasgow for 13 years and Edinburgh is FAR better and FAR more beautiful, everyone in Glasgow wants to know where you come from so they can work out your religion, there pathetic, anyway, I'm GLAD to be back in the north east o SCOTLAND where i belong.

  5. Both! I was born in Edinburgh but live in Glasgow and love both. The historic centre of Edinburgh is more beautiful than any UK city. But it’s over-crowded with tourists and over-priced. Glasgow also has some great architecture and a cool vibe and the West End and Merchant City are great to hang out in. Edinburgh is a bit reserved and generally more middle class. Glasgow is more edgy and working class but has some gorgeous areas. Comparing them is like comparing Florence with Milan. Or Washington with Chicago. Quite different but both really cool. Enjoy!

  6. I'm from the west and Glasgow will always be superior in my opinion, but Edinburgh is a fantastic city with very few peers when it comes to architectural magnificence.
