I spent $50 on a FB marketplace Raleigh Sports a few months back and I’ve been turning it into the best bike I’ve ever owned. It won’t win any races or efficiency contests, but it’s everything I’ve ever wanted in a bicycle. Puts a big smile on my face every time I saddle up, and the three speed just thrills me with its simplicity.

hell yeah. i love a good roadster. we build them quite a lot in my shop and they just have this personality that’s hard to describe other than “joyous” to the point where my roadster is my “just relax and go for a ride” bike….. well when it’s sunny because it doesn’t have mudguards.
