Hello everyone! I just received my wife’s Grizl 6 and to my surprise, the top tube seems to be scratched. At first I thought it was just dirty, since it had grease all over it (the kid of grease that dirty gloves would leave when putting the frame inside..), but after close inspection, you can really see micro scratches in the coat. The rest of the frame was also dirty, and you can still see how little care there was when putting it together. Anyone with similar experience? Definitely reaching out to Canyon, will let you know how it goes. This is our sixth Canyon bike, never had an issue but this year my Grizl came with a pinched tube and only weeks later this happened.

It’s a bike, ride it and enjoy it
Definitely contact Canyon and ask for some compensation. This said, it looks very superficial, buy some car paintwork polish cream and you should be able to get that back to perfect.
