Hi, so I'm pretty new to fixing my own bike. I ordered a wheel online which arrived yesterday, and it's scratched in a few places. It's really rough to touch. So my question is if it's OK to use or if I should return it?

How does the shipping box look? I’d absolutely return that but just curious if it was a shipping issue or a issue at the company
Definitely return, especially as it looks to be for rim brakes and the braking surface is scratched.
