The frame is quite clearly a very small size, too small for you. Look at the short head tube (and matched high stem to compensate) and the angle on those handlebars to raise the hands !!??

Honestly I have no idea but it looks like a solid bike and so I’d be leaning towards yes or maybe like at 200 bucks for sure type of thing I just don’t know though but it looks like a great bike
