I've seen a few questions about how people fly with Bromptons and here's my solution: an IKEA dimpa bag with a large cardboard boy cut to size. I've taken the precaution of unscrewing hinge clamps, taken off pedals and saddle. If you have any questions just ask 🙂

Nice solution!
I’ve flown with bikes a fair amount. About 90% of the time TSA will open and inspect and often not replace the packaging properly. All of my bikes that I have flown with have some damage (scratches, dings, etc) from TSA.
Tipp: buy a roll of “Fragile” tape and tape it onto the dimpa.

I did this once and the luggage handlers bent the metal frame that holds the mudguards. I think I could have prevented this by putting some padding between the wheels and the mudguard and keeping the tires inflated
