T-line 4 speed converted to a 5 speed using brommieplus shifter kit (worked perfectly). I wanted to make changes that Didn’t add weight but gave the bike character that I liked. The staring weight out of the box was 8.23 kilos and my final weight is 7.4
The magnolia grips added 65 grams but I love them.
Union Jack titanium and POM (plastic) pedals 154 grams vs 300 for the original
H&H brake levers (compatible with Brompton bell and shifter) 80 vs 166
Titanium seat post 242 vs 306 for the original carbon/metal
Selle Carbon padded saddle 122 grams vs 205 for the original. Very comfortable saddle regardless of the weight. I’m now a Selle Itialia fan
H&H Gu Torq carbon ceramic wheel set 910 grams vs 1163 stock wheel set.
Removed reflectors and replaced with reflective tape, and replaced some bolts with titanium.
