Kinda getting tired of riding fixed gear and want to try out road bikes. Is this a good start? It only needs a chain and some handlebar wraps.

Yes $100. Ita a womens bike but $100 is good deal
For the money you can’t really complain. Just make sure it’s the right size for you. If you already have some experience maintaining and working on bikes you should be able to get it working well.
The integrated shifters alone are worth 100$ so if you’re not loving it you could part it out and make a little money to re-invest into another bike
