Easy shop fix. If bead is straight, just needs some truing.
I’d assume it’s out of true if it suddenly started wobbling like that. However, you want to check the trueness on the actual rim. Flip it over and eye up the rim against your fork. Not the tire, the rim. My shop charges like $30 for a true. But that seems really minor.
