Neither, both cheap bikes of shit materials. Buy used, a used bike for about 300 is gonna you a older but much higher quality and safe. Or save up for a 600-700 used bike, which could get you a caad 12 or a old specialized allez.

Some people have done reviews on the Ozark trail G.1 explorer and it’s decent enough (if you’re set on buying new / walmart brand). Obviously buying used would be better, but it always depends on local market so I understand if you are forced to buy new.
