It’s too old for that money.
Centurion is a German brand and they usually build pretty alright bikes, so there’s no issue with centurion. You should lose the idea that a bike brand determines the bike quality, though. After all, all the brand supplies is the frame. Every other component comes from other manufacturers. Look at the components and compare. The build quality will be the same for every manufacturer. The difference why a few manufacturers are very well regarded is the choice of components for the price and frame geometry. The latter being irrelevant for the money you’re trying to spend.
Looking at that specific bike it’s not made for mountainbiking. It has a kickstand, a rack, etc. Plus, the dork disc is almost falling off already.
Save 100 bucks more and get a new hardtail. Or look for other used options.
Edit: it also has rust on the stanchions.
