Why is it that when I turn on the clutch, I can't shift to smaller gears once it's on the largest gear? It shifts smoothly from the smallest gear up to the biggest gear but it wont shift down from the largest gear. (As you can see in the video, the derailleur isn't reacting to upshifting but it reacts to downshifting)
If i turn the clutch off then it will shift down to the smaller gear with no problems

Seems like your chain is much too short, and possibly your limit screws could do with adjusting
What happens if you turn the cranks so the chain can move?
Have you tried to see if the derailleur moves with the wheel off?
