    Otherwise it’s probably fine, tires just be doin that which is why you true the wheel while the tire is off

  2. If the wheel is true, I wouldn’t worry about it. A lot of tires are like this, particularly cheaper ones. Sometimes it gets better over time, sometimes it gets worse, usually it just stays like that. It’s a lot more noticeable on wider tires. I’ve never had a set of Maxxis tires on my mountain bike that didn’t have at least a little bit of wobble.

    Massage the tire.

    Pump it back up to the max pressure indicated on the tire.

    Looks like the bead isn’t set properly on the rim. Deflate. Make sure tube is centered in the rim. You can use soapy water around the tire bead as a lubricant to help it seat. Spray soapy water around the bead. Inflate to max tire pressure and the bead should hopefully pop into place. Once seated you can lower your pressure to desired riding pressure.
