The zipper is on the back, like a wetsuit. I guess its more aero?

Zipperless jerseys do exist if you’re looking for one. I think either rapha and/or velocio make one
It’s hard enough to get bibs on when its super humid and hot. Not sure i could deal with trying to get a zipper less jersey on
They make special jerseys with zippers in the back for photo ops and podium appearances so the zipper doesn’t interrupt the sponsor logos. I’m pretty sure that’s what’s going on here. Not sure why they don’t all have one though.

It will have a rear zipper. It’s not possible to do a Skinsuit with no zipper. It can be done with jerseys.
At least in a TT position we’ve seen no benefit (and sometimes worse performance) from putting the zipper on the back.
