I just got back my P-Line from the bike shop to go from the 4-Speed to the 12-Speed. A couple of notes:
I bought the P-Line when it first came out and so 4-Speed was the only option. While it had all the right gears, I personally wanted a little more range and in between gears. I saw the Brilliant Bikes video to learn that a conversion was possible. To quote Dr Fraser Crane, "But if less is more, just think about how much more, more would be."

It was $550 USD for the parts, with the back wheel being the most expensive part. The labor was about $75 USD. I'm based in the U.S.

Conversion parts did add a little extra weight with the P-Line weighing 22.7lbs/10.29kg. My 6 Speed Electric without the battery is 33.3lbs/15.10kgs and my Brompton M6R set up for touring is 30.3lbs/13.75kg.

Riding felt smooth with more in between gear options. I could ride a slight incline and move down a gear without it having a dramatic gear change. I prefer being able to have micro gear adjustments.
Initial Thoughts: I'm fine with the price and thought it was worth it. The P-Line might start turning into my touring Brompton with the lighter weight and more gear range. I'm happy with the upgrade.

That’s awesome and glad it worked out. Your gearing makes the extra weight worth it
Nice! What chainring did you use on the front? Brilliant bikes says one of their best selling upgrades for new buyers is moving from the 50T to the 44T .
The bike weights in at 10,29kg with the gear hub and additional cable and shifter? Which saddle and seat post do you use? Did you take weight saving measures beforehand?
