I got very loud Chain noises overall and when i move the chain backwards it snaps as you can see in the video.
Is it just the derailleur adjustment or could it be caused by something else?

How many more times …??? This system isn’t made to spin backwards ! And as long you’re spinning backwards is your rear derailleur anyway out of the game ….and if there are serious adjustment problems for the rear derailleur then please make a video from behind ( showing the sprockets and the whole derailleur ) while spinning forward ….
This is not normal. While the system is not “made to spin backwards” you should be able to do so silently in all cases except for extreme chain angles. There should not be such noise unless the chain angle is extreme:
First: When did this noise start? Is the bike brand new or did *something* just change? If so what?
Second: What chain ring are you in when this video was filmed? It looks like the chain is snagging on the next-largest cog, which, while it *can* happen when cross chained, is not something I’d expect if you have a GRX crankset because of its wider chain line. So what crankset is up front?
EDIT: I see in your other post that you say this happens in multiple cogs. This cog and *smaller* cogs or this cog and *larger* cogs?
Otherwise you need to show us at least 4 photos of the setup.
* Take these photos looking at the cassette, the photo centered on the axle, and the cassette and full rear derailleur visible:
* Take a photo with the chain in the small chainring and large cog.
* Take a photo with the chain in the large chainring (if present) and the small cog.
* Take the following photos from behind the bike, the photo centered on the center of the cassette and the full rear derailleur visible
* Take a photo with the chain in the small chainring and large cog.
