I ordered some new bibshorts and a shirt from Castelli in S. I am unsure about the size, is it too small or is it good? I already have a shirt from castelli in S but i think its a looser cut, so now i am unsure about this. Should i keep this?

It fits you well. Cycling jerseys from good brands like Castelli and Maap does feel a bit short in the beginning, but later you will find the functionality of that shorter measure.
Does it feel comfortable? Don‘t forget it‘ll stretch a bit over time anyway. Looks fitting
I am also unsure about the pants, is the length okay? For reference i am a 174cm and abour 64kg
It’s the right size. The slack at the back of the jersey will go away on the bike, when you’re leaned forward over the bars.
I think you could have gone a size smaller in the jersey, actually. The sleeves look a bit long and the front, while ok in this position, will bunch up when you’re on the bike.
