Do i need to replace my tires?

hello everyone, I just bought my first roadbike so i am really new to this… do i have to replace my tires or is it still safe to ride like this for some time? the tire in pictures is the rear one, front one seems fine. in case if i do replace them i am thinking to switch to 25s (these are 23s) for comfort, as i dont mind if it makes bike a little bit slower… i would even switch to 28s but i dont think they would fit… overall i am really happy with my bike though, its such a joy to ride compared to my old crappy roadbike haha.
