I’m going to cycle from Cambridge to Berlin in the first week of August. Pretty much in a straight line, I’m aiming for 120km a day, which allows me some detours off the main route.
On the front I’ve mounted all the camping stuff: tent, sleeping bag, mat, stove etc.
In the back pack are my clothes.
In the middle of the bike I’m putting food, rain jacket, and repair stuff.
The journey should take anything between 5 and 8 days depending on how much detouring I do. And I might stay in a hotel one night if the weather is shite.
Let me know what you folks out there think.

Too vague, make a proper packing list and come back.
The saddle nose looks a bit high.
I would switch to TPU tubes.
I don’t like that water bottle is touching the bag + not enough water storage. I would add a water bladder or a seat bag stabilizer like Woho or Topeak wishbone.
Personally, cannot ride anything long distance without aerobars.
Would switch the stem to face upwards.
PS OP said “roast”.
1970 is not old, when you are properly old you will not be able to get your leg over the ass rocket. Rack and drybag
Think it looks fine, nothing to say. Looks clean, compact, and efficient. The seatpost bag is under a meter long, which is small these days, and that is good.
