just picked up this Bridgestone CB-Zip

went to the burbs to buy a bike off Facebook marketplace. 1990 made in Taiwan (i don’t mind the lack of lugs). she’s so crispy. original seat in good shape and plush. check out the sticker on the chainstay. 💦

but this paint job is so clean i think this guy in the burbs has a time machine.

which begs the question:
if you had a bicycle time machine, what bike would you bring back?

and why did the guy in the burbs bring back this instead of an XO-1?

(already swapped the bars and taped over the top tube. everything else is from the period. and embarrassingly don’t have the correct wrench- that’s why the front reflector is still there)
