    It is normal. The steel of your cassette is harder than your freehub body (aluminium).

    This is completely normal, it actually looks pretty mild compared to other freehub bodies I’ve seen. Nothing to worry about

  3. The excessive torque was from your powerful legs, driving those tiny cogs into that poor free hub body.

    (😉 ~ as others have said, totally normal).

    The opposite, you’ll get this way worse if you under-torque your casette. Friction helps spread the load across the casette
