


I built it from the frame up for bike packing, but it doesn't quite fit me. I have about 1200 into it
It's a 1990 Nishiki aerial.
Parts list
• wheels are 650b velocity Cliff Hangers with deore XT hub and Shimano Dynamo Tires came with the wheel set And are maxxis ramblers 650×47
• Drive train. Shimano deore 11spd derailer
. An 11-51 cassette. With Microshift bar and shifter. 40t chain ring that it's going to be replaced eventually • frame is a 1990 nishiki aerial With a surly cocktail fork • brakes.
Front brake is an avid BB7 short pull On 160mm Shimano rotors. And rear is a tekro cr720. With Shimon Dura ace brake levers.

Thats a GORGEOUS bike and someone might absolutely spring for it if you advertise it as a bikepacking build, but my guess is that it’ll sell for less than we might think. Heavily upgraded used bikes sell at a heavy discount relative to the value of their individual parts. The people that care about those parts are usually the same people who like building their own bikes instead of buying someone else’s
Keep us updated when you do sell! I’m curious for sure
It’s gotta be a real niche buyer to get even close to what you paid. Otherwise I’d say sell the frame and use all your stuff on a frame that fits you.
