From this pic i think it looks like chipped paint. Rest assured i recommend you visit ur local bike shop for a peace of mind and safety

I’ve read a lot here to tap around it with a spoon or something and if the sound gets more dull near the area it’s probably cracked. If it’s just paint damage make sure to get the raw carbon covered with some type of enamel so it doesn’t get more screwed up.
