Good evening, good afternoon where you are in the world. Apologies for being a bit late. Uh technical problems as we all know happen sometimes, but great to have so many people in the chat. Great to have so many joining last yesterday as well and for the recap and the preview, but stage 13 is the one we’re looking at now. It’s uh what 10.9 um mountain time trial. We’ve seen plenty of riders already set off. We’re quite a bit away until we get the big guns. But after yesterday’s absolute dominance, I think many people are starting to realize that it’s going to be not a rivalry, not a classic potentially in terms of going down to the wire. This is going to be a domination in terms of a performance. But great to have you all here. Maybe I’ll make this a bit less noisy as busy. But we can see there that was Yonas Bingo off the yesterday’s stage. Absolutely drenched in sweat, drenched in in the suffering. And we’ll see if he can uh bounce back today. That was the big question as well. But yeah, Teraga absolutely destruction yesterday. Absolutely incredible to see. Great to have 100 people in the chat. Let us know where you’re watching from as well. The next rider to start, who have we got? I think it’s Pablo Castrio the signing from um Karn Farmer two time stage winner of the world Espa last year and we’ll see what he can do. Obviously we’ll go through the fastest time set right now at the finish the fastest time I think it’s Luke Platt by quite a way Luke Plap 24 minutes and 58 seconds. Absolutely incredible ride by the Australian national champion and we’ll see if he’s going to be able to keep that all the way to the finish essentially. Well, to the finish of the stage. I think a top 10 is probably going to be on the cards. Maybe he’s been one of those riders. We hear this a lot when we talked about well if anyone’s were following the channel back then when we talked with Ingakas Konoval of Group FD he said exactly this. Sometimes um teams they save riders for specific time trial efforts. If they have a bit of a better rider who is a bit more specialized in that event, they might just uh save them for a few stages and then uh do it. What I mean is they could maybe have given um Luke Plap a easy ride for the last few days, not helping out. I mean, Jacob Alula, they’re not really, they haven’t got a GC rider right now, unfortunately. Ben O’ Connor dropping out of that. They’ve very much been stage hunting since that kind of imploded with Eddie Dumbar as well. But yeah, we’re seeing Lenny Martinez as well. He’s about 6 minutes into his ride. He’s got 7 km still to go. Obviously, a bit of collapse yesterday that was absolutely heartbreaking. We were thinking he was going to be on for maybe five or six points and then in the end uh or 16 points and then in the end it was zero points to his account in terms of that uh polka dot jersey. Anthony Toshi is coming up to the wards to finish as well. A man who has been up there in the intermediate sprints. We’ll see if he’s going to play a part later on. Of course, he took a stage win last year. Definitely is going to be involved in that breakaway on stage 17. you would think. And maybe also being in the pointy end when it comes to that Paris stage. I will actually get you a video of the Paris stage. I am so close to Paris. So, might as well do that. Might as well. But Anthony, yeah, Tatis not quite having the best best tour. Obviously, they’ve been very aggressive, which is good to see. We also have the big story of Lotto and Inmé potentially merging. I mean that is yeah for many people that’s not a happy story but for me it’s quite an interesting one cuz what happens with so they’re going to be two teams that are emerging and obviously Lotto are moving up in the world tour back up in the world tour and then you have the other ones moving well into not moving down they’re not getting relegated but yeah what happens to the second spot there is rumors that it’s going to be bought to the highest bidder and then obviously Q36.5 with all the are going to try and get that. So, we’ll see. It’s definitely an interesting situation now. Uh working um dynamic situation to say the least. So, uh what are we saying as well? What time did Tadpikacha end up doing? I actually have that. Let’s let’s get that on screen as well because I actually have that. Um I think I put it in the recap yesterday, but Lenny Martinez in the polka dot jersey. We’re seeing him doing everything he can. There are points available, I think, at the end for the polka dot jersey. That polka dot jersey, I think it is right now being owned by Terra Pigatcha. So, I don’t think it’s actually his jersey right now, unfortunately. But Lenny Martinez, we’ll see. He’s Yeah, he had a bad start to the race as well. And uh yeah, bit of a shame. Bit of a shame to say the least. Uh heard Pagata’s time was 369. I mean I guess where you take the marks as well. I think it was 30 seconds slower than um about 30 seconds slower than Biano Ree. I think it was 3508 or something like that. 3508. Space is saying if they do merge a lot of riders will lose a ride. Yes. And all the backroom staff as well. So I think it’s going to be a bad one. Every time we see teams merging it’s bad for cycling. Let’s be honest. It’s always bad for cycling because then you lose another team. Lotto, great history. Intermache, great history as well. And then with those two going together, we’re going to lose uh yeah, we’re going to lose a team. That’s that’s the bad thing to take from that. But we’re seeing Brian Kar broken finger it seemed yesterday. So that’s not good. But obviously you can actually ride with a broken finger. These guys are super hard. many of them um hard as nails. So, we’ll see if if they’re going to be able to do something here later in many stages to do something. Coffidis, we’ve got a hard stage tomorrow as well coming up. So, is it going to be another stage for Tigatcha? I mean, at this rate, he could be by five stages uh tomorrow evening in the stage. Great to have Otawa, not Otawa, Ronda from Canada, obviously. Great to have you back. Uh watching from Beijing, China as well. Um yeah, great to have a lot of people around the world. We’re of course United by a love of cycling. Pavo Civ coming up towards the line as well. He’s not been having the best tour of France. Seems like he’s lacking a few percent as well. Um yeah, we will wait and see. Uh what are we saying? This 37year-old will undiagnosed ADHD. Okay, fine. I’ll get rid of uh these things. I thought I’d just add some movement. Uh but uh yeah, we’ll just put suffering yonas in. There we go. But uh yeah, it’s it’s going to be a bit of a long one. Lenny Martinez overtaking I think Tobias Lon and here friend of the channel, but the fact that these two are so close to each other in the GC is crazy. Tobias Lon and obviously not a climber. He’s a not a completely pure sprinter, not completely getting given his own opportunities either. So, we will wait and see, but for the time being, um, yeah, Luke Plap, as we said, is leading this right now. So, we’ll see how far he can take this in or take Well, obviously, since it’s a climb, um, yeah, I think we’re going to get it’s going to be the GC riders that are going to be the pointy finger figures in this stage. They’re going to be the ones that really challenge anytime by any of these riders. So, we’ll wait and see for that. But, uh, yeah, it’s looking very good uh, in terms of a big GC battle. Maybe many people hoping that we are going to get um, what am I saying? A lot of people are hoping that we’re not going to get a completely demolishation domination. Domination, that’s the word. Uh, for for Tarbiga. So, there’s still a bit of life left. I saw someone saying yesterday that they were hoping that Tadvacha takes back a minute on Té here. I don’t think that is happening. Let’s be honest. We have to be realistic after losing 2 minutes. Yeah, it’s going to be it’s going to be hard. It’s going to be very hard to be honest to see Yonas taking any time on Tad at any part of this race unfortunately. and that that’s just the reality right now after that absolute incredible performance by him. So, we’ll wait and see. But Lenny Martinez has 4.6 km to go. We’ll see if he can get himself inside top 10 and just limit or get some more points as well. Obviously, he really really needs it. Um, yeah, if he is really going for this jersey, he needs to do something because that jersey is absolutely disappearing from him right now, unfortunately. And I don’t think we’re going to see him winning this jersey. He’s not riding as as well as you would want, unfortunately. Uh, so we’ll wait and see, but for the time being, he is wearing that jersey, but not leading that jersey. That is the that is the key point here. So, we will wait and see, but I don’t have a lot of lot of hope that he’s going to be winning this jersey by the time we get to Paris, but anything can happen. But he’s definitely been suffering a lot. We’re seeing Matis Lavell as well coming to the finish. He’s going to bag himself potentially a top 10 for the time being. Obviously this provisional top 10 is uh not really anything is it because most of these riders are not good climbers that’s why they are there in the that starting position they are well they’re all good climbers we know this to France they’re all good climbers uh yeah but it’s just that they’re not as good climbers as the ones towards the front because all these climbers even the sprinters are good climbers because they need to make it through all these mountain stages. Uh yeah, I mean Lenny Martinez, what can he do in this? I mean there’s a lot of support on the mountain for him and maybe he will be able to do something in this top 10. He was 10 seconds down on the first intermediate time check. Obviously the climb favors him a bit more. We talked about in the recap as well that or Euan actually told us this that uh Remco Veniple is rumored to doing a TT bike all the way through. All the way through. So yeah, maybe maybe he’s going to do it. Depends how comfortable he is on that bike. It depends. Yeah, obviously. Um Space saying Pagatra’s horse to come was 35 minutes and 20 seconds on my watch. Yeah. Well, there you got it. That is one minute quicker than Lance Armstrong. Um, and yeah, what almost less than a minute slower than Banna Ree. Absolutely incredible numbers. And he went almost from the bottom as well, which made it very incredible as well. But we’ll wait and see what happens on this stage. Uh, we’ve got Lenny Martinez absolutely throwing it down at the front, trying everything. He’s about 15 minutes into his his ride here. 3.6 km to go. In terms of next interesting riders that we’ve got coming up. Um let’s see. Luke Plops time is the one he’s looking out for if he’s going to be able to do it. The next rider Andreas Lechnes could be quite good. We’ve got Andreas Halle Johannes as well. Uh how is he feeling? I mean, how do they prove with the twins who’s who do they do any kind of checks? Because if Anas Halle Johannes is feeling better on this day, could they just swap twins? Is that has that ever been done? I’m sure twins could maybe do it. But this year, we’ve got two twin pairs in the race. I don’t know we’ve we’ve ever had that before. The Yates brothers and the Hal Johannes brothers. I think that’s quite a funny start. Um yeah, doing very well both sets of pairs this season. But Lenny Martinez, he’s coming to the second time check here and he is 9 seconds or about 10 seconds down on that second intermediate time check. So he is going to be challenging this for sure. Uh I think he is going to find himself inside the top 10 I think. Well, I think he’s going to be second by this rate. So he was he’s gained about 0.4 4 seconds since the time check one and time check two. So yeah, he needs to ride a bit quicker if he’s going to be able to overthrow Luke Plop in the current hot seat. Riders to come, Jiani Moscone, Brent Vanm, former world time trial champion to be as fast. Maybe they’ll this will be up his street if he’s allowed to ride for his own chances. Swiss national time trial champion as well, Mar Schmidt. He’s coming up. And we’ve got Ionizer. Why do I feel like is actually a good TT rider? Maybe I’m completely wrong here. Let’s see. Best result for him. Well, there we go. Winner. Oh, 2016. That’s a bit far away, but he finished second in the 2021 criterium. Dudopane time trial as well. That was a bit of a lumpy one to Alleti Loenko. Uh actually beat Tagat Yonaso on that day as well. So we will wait and see if he can replicate anything like that. The coffus rider Alexi Lotenko who actually won that stage. Did he not win this time trial? Um didn’t I just say he won it or did he come close? Let’s find out. Pro cycling stats. Yeah, he won it back in 2021. He won the summer Asian games as well in 2023. So Alleti Loenko not a bad man when it comes to the time trials, but he hasn’t really been in great form. We know this with these transfers to Isra premitech. It often goes south for many of these riders. But Anas Hala Johannes is the next rider to come up. What can he do as well? Winner of the tour of Slovenian. Slovenia, brother to or twin to the man we talked about to be Hannison who’s currently sitting in eighth place. Uno X are doing a formidable job in this year’s tour to France. They’ve gotten that stage that they wanted for so many years and uh maybe they can do something more here now. They’ve got that stage ticked off. They want to get a top 10 as well. If they do get that, that will be absolutely immense. Absolutely immense to be honest. We’re seeing Ivan Romeo, the under 23 world time trial champion, not really lighting up anything here, unfortunately. He finds himself I think he’s going to fall outside the top 10 almost uh the provisional one anyway. He gets the eighth fastest time 3 minutes and 37 seconds down. Maybe they just said keep it easy. Just get through the stage. We have bigger days to come. So, uh yeah, just take it fairly easy if you can. Um yeah, we will wait and see. Uh we will wait and see. But uh for the time being, it’s looking like the big boys are going to be taking the top 10. Maybe we could get the top 10 riders actually taking all the top 10 places in this stage. I mean, we got Floren Lipovvito, we got Rogich, we got Tibacha, Yas Vingle. I mean, it it is going to be Remco Veniple. Who’s who? So, I think the GC it probably will change a bit. We’ll see. Well, we’ll look at the top 10 as well soon as well to just see who’s under threat in terms of those places if anyone’s coming up behind as well. But uh we’re still following Lenny Martinez. 1 minute and 8 k well 1.8 km still to go to the finish. How far is he off that time of Luke Plap? Luke Plap is the target time that he’s aiming for here. So, are we going to see Lenny Martinez potentially getting involved in the top 10 provisionally, the second place? I mean, he desperately needs to get more points if he’s going to get back that polka dot jersey. He sits on equal points with Tad Baga at 27 points. And I think Tagata is going to be taking another polka dot jersey if I’m honest because yeah, Lenny Martinez if he’s our chief candidate and he’s not looking too good. Yeah, I think that jersey is going to be may yeah definitely going to a GC rider but I think Tagacha probably uh Pavle Civikov the French rider or French Russian rider. He’s coming up towards the finish here as well. born in Italy. Uh French, is it French mother, Russian dad? Uh yeah, very interesting background to say the least. But Pavo Civikov, former top 10 finisher at the Jerotalia, former under23 Jeralia winner as well and now finds himself in that role of helping uh Taragacha to victories. And uh yeah, he’s he’s been reportedly a bit sick as well. So maybe that’s been the reason why he’s been a bit under the weather, but uh yeah, we’ll his his role is definitely going to be quite an important one deeper into this race nonetheless. And uh yeah, we will see what he does later on in this race for Tabaga, but for the time being, it’s uh yeah, it’s going to be an fascinating battle this with those top guys. But he stops the clock. 3 minutes and 55 seconds down, 16th provisionally. So, Pavle Civikov not lighting anything up. And of course, this is just one of those where he’s just going to get through it. It’s almost a semi- rest day for the riders as well. It’s half an hour effort and then get back to the team car, just relax, do whatever you want and uh watch your teammates as well potentially win another stage. But, uh for the time being, it’s looking fairly good right now for for Luke Plop. He’s going to be in that hot seat, I think, until we get that top the top 10 of the GC. Uh Damian Tuzon coming over 3 minutes and 1 second, fourth fastest time provisionally. So maybe he’s going to be able to do something here. Uh we’ve got Lenny Martinez roaring up this road as well. Is he going to be able to do something? Um yeah, come on Lenny, you can do it. Come on, Lenny. He’s got 1.1 km to go. 1.1 km to go. This could be an interesting one for him. If he is going to maybe he’s under 1 km to go now, so I’m not sure he’s going to be able to do this if I’m honest. I think this is going to be quite a close call. I think he’s definitely going to be finishing inside the top 10. Tobias F, the other Tobias, Norwegian Tobias in this race. Norwegian national time trial champion, former world time trial champion, the Inos Grande rider. What can he do? Is he riding for his own chances here? Or has the team told him, “You need to relax. You need to just get ready for other stages. We’re going to try and do something for Carlos Rodriguez.” Obviously, Inos Grande were trying a big big tactical act yesterday. Really throwing it up for Carlos Rodriguez. didn’t quite happen and it all blew up in their face unfortunately. But Carlos Rodriguez might just be going backwards after this. That effort we saw from them yesterday could maybe just eat into their energy reserves today. But Lenny Martinez has 600 meters to go here. Lenny Martinez the what can we say the new star in the making for Bahrain Victorious. He’s super young as we know. Very good rider. He’s inside a minute right now, but he hasn’t got to the finishing line yet. So, we’ll see if he is going to be able to make it. He’s battling all the way. He’s got 1 minute and four 1 minute and 3 seconds now. Less than a minute to go. 400 m left of of the climb. So, is he going to be able to make it up? It’s going to be very close here. 10% 11% 50 seconds to go. 300 m. He can see the finishing line. Agonizing. agonizingly. But is he going to be able to take the fastest time? This is going to be an interesting fight. 265 meters. Come on, Alenni. Come on. He’s battling with everything. He’s doing his best. Top Pino impersonation rocking side to side. 30 seconds to go. He’s got 250 m, 230 m inside the last 200 m to go. And he’s still got 20 seconds. He’s going to have to pull out a bit of a Usain Bolt effort if he’s going to be making it. And Luke Plop will breathe up with a bit of ease there. Ah, Lenny, Lenny, Lenny. That was close, but uh good effort by him. Good effort. I wonder they probably have the Mountains jersey points um based on the from the bottom to the top. So, we’ve seen that this in the past, but yeah. Wow. Outside by a lot. 23 and a half seconds. That was looking like it was going to be interesting. And then kind of just blew up in his face a bit there. So, bit of a shame there. Bit of a shame. What could have been for Lenny Martinez? Wow. Lenny Martinez wearing that Polka Dot jersey. Obviously not leading that classification. We’ll talk about that as well. But h yeah, Lenny Martinez doing a good job just to yeah try and do something. And I mean I think we have Yeah, we have uh recon actually of Yonis Vingal. So we’ll try and get that on screen. We’ll give you something more interesting to look at. We’re looking at potentially, who are we looking at? To be as fast as the guy we’re all thinking, yeah, maybe this could be the guy to test that top five, the provisional top five. So, we’ll wait and see, but for the time being, it’s looking very good for many of these GC riders. I think they are going to be the ones uh setting the fastest time. So, yeah, we’ll wait and see. But yeah, it looks fairly good for many of the riders. Um, I think for the top 10, I think they are going to be the ones doing something here. But, uh, for the time being, ah, that was the wrong media. But, uh, are we going to get a stage win from T again? I mean, he was 16 seconds away from Graco Venpool, so could well and truly happen. Pablo Castillo, he’s got 1.6 km left. the moistile rider. What is he going to be able to do here as well? We’ll wait and see. We’ll wait and see. Pablo Castillo, very good rider as we know. Two stage wins of the world testpa last year. That was very, very good. But uh yeah, great to have so many people subscribing as well over the last few days. Welcome, welcome if you are new. Are we going to get a stage win from him in this tour at all? or is Tad Gach absolutely gonna sweep everything up? Um yeah, absolutely demoralizing uh effort for Visma Lisa yesterday. Yas was about 30 seconds down on his best effort and I think it is crazy there um the times they were doing up the anyway because it was such a fast day through the whole whole day. So yeah, absolute monsters. Aerobic monsters. That’s what we can say. Uh great to have Eric Brown and Ronda as well. Great to have so many people around the world and many of our regulars as well. That could have really been something. And uh yeah, he’s desperately going to have to defend that Mountains jersey in that third week. He’s level on points as of now with Tadagata, but I don’t think that’s going to be keeping uh by the end of today. I think Tadvacha is definitely going to be in the top three positions for sure. Let’s be honest, that is definitely happening. But 800 meters to go for Pablo Castrio. What can he do? He’s really just thundering up this climb as well. He looks like he’s not taking it too easy. So maybe he is looking to do something, but we’ll wait and see. This is looking very interesting for Pablo Castillo. I think he is outside the time of Luke Plop already, unfortunately. But uh yeah, he is he is going pretty well. The second time check, where was he there? Actually, I lie. I lie guys. Sorry. He wasn’t in the top 10 for the second time check. So yeah, I was a bit wrong there. But they are giving Pablo Castillo a lot of time. TV time. Uh who we got next? Cleman Champing who we’ve not really seen too much of in this race. He’s the next ride to start for XDSA. We got Mareshi coming up shortly as well. Valentin Panipantra. Ah, he’s not going to be doing an effort here. Let’s be honest. He’s going to be conserving his energies for Remco Veniple for tomorrow’s stage because tomorrow’s stage looks quite beefy as well. But yeah, we will wait and see. 4.6 km to go for Anas Hal Johannes. Um, one half of the Halison Brothers or Hala. Uh, what am I saying? Hala Holan. Well, Hala Johannes, there we go. The Hal Hala Johannes twins. But yeah, for the time being, it’s looking very good here. And obviously earlier, because there’s a few more people now in the chat, we were talking about the the merger of Lotto and Intermachineer. That seems like it’s going to happen. This will be absolutely insane if it does. Rumors that Binyong Gumay is going to leave the team. Obviously, there’s an Ano Dele in there as well. It’s a Belgian team, so obviously uh maybe that’s going to happen. But think about that. You’re trying to battle through the to France and then during this your team is merging with another team. Very, very bad news for the sport. Interesting story because that spot there, if they do merge, there is going to be a second world tour spot and that might be going to Q36.5. So, we could see Tom Pickock returning to the tour uh or to the world tour next year already. Clemon Champis, as we said, just getting off the start ramps here. Not a lot of riders doing going with a TT bike. I haven’t seen a bike swap either. And yeah, obviously bike swap, what does that take out? It takes what, 20 seconds out of you, maybe. Can you make that up in the short amount of time? Um, yeah, I’m not quite sure, but we’re seeing the beautiful top here of Parisord. Perig Good. Paragood. Paragood, not Parisord. But, uh, yeah, the beautiful mountain ranges here. Obviously, the Pyrenees. Uh, 11 minutes and 15 seconds now for Tobias Foss. He’s 5.3 km into his ride. The Norwegian national time trial champion. Very good climber as we know. did do a bit of an effort for Carlos Rodriguez yesterday. They tried. They really tried Inos Grenaders and yeah, obviously we’re very critical of the team’s tactics, but I mean they they’re trying at least. You have to give them plers for that. But inside the last 5 km of this climb for him, he’s on 8%. We’ll see how he goes. And he is a very good climber. former top 10 finisher of the Jurro Ditalia, former Tor Labanir finisher or winner, not even finisher, winner. So, we’ll see if he’s going to be able to do something here. He’s not really been riding the GC for the most part in the last few years. He’s more been riding as a domestique for his teammates, being more of a time trialist in that regard. And uh yeah, maybe he’s going to be able to do something. So, we’ll see. But for the time being, 4.9 km still to go. Next ride is to come of intrigue. I mean, Rubio is coming up, but he didn’t look too good yesterday. Jun Phipe is coming with Michael Store in about 15 minutes. Those two riders. There’s 2 minutes. It’s going. No, it’s 1 minute and 30 seconds. And then obviously, we’re coming into the top 10. I think it’s going to be 2 minutes. I mean, one of my friends messaged me and said, “Do you think Yonas is going to be caught by Tad Baga on this climb?” I mean, he did finish 2 minutes ahead of him, more than 2 minutes. So, it could absolutely happen if they go the same speeds like yesterday. 4.7 km still to go here of the stage. Who is going to be winning this? That is the big question as well. Many guys are thinking this is going to be Tarbacha out of the pelaton, but Andreas Halle Johannes he Oh no, Annas. Annas is not Andreas. They’ve got Andreas Lechnes, but And then there’s Annas. I think Lechnes is on. Yeah, Lechnes is his uh 90 minute 90 man. Uh and then you’ve got Yonas Abrahamson up there as well. Abrahamson looks like he’s going backwards a bit. So we’ll wait and see. But Anas Haliohan, he’s coming up to the intermediate or I think the final time check. So the final time check before the finishing line. And we’ll see what his time was. I mean Abrahamson did find himself inside the provisional top 10, but I think Halle Johannes is not inside that. Tobias Foss as well whereas he he’s I don’t think he registered a time inside the first intermediate time check. Has he gone past it yet? At least that first time check momentarily as well. Uh Will Bart is on on the line as well or coming up to the finishing line. I think he got inside the top 10. The American 3 minutes and 8 seconds down on Luke Plap. Luke Plap still leads with 24 minutes and 58 seconds, but I don’t think Tobias Foss is going to be doing anything here. So, Tobius Foss fans, myself included, you our man is not going to do anything. But for the time being, it’s still Annas Halison that the TV cameras are following. We’ll see if they’re going to be able to do something uh deeper into this race as well. Uno X. I think Uno X would absolutely take an eighth place and a stage win. If they get well, they have the stage win already, but if they can keep that top 10 position, they will absolutely love that. They will love that for sure. 1.8 uh 2.8 km still to go for the Norwegian. Uh Panapanta is probably going to be would have been on paper the next rider to look out for, but obviously he’s a domestique. Wild Bernard coming up as well, but I don’t think Wild Bernard is going to be doing anything in about 16 minutes. Santiago Portrao could maybe do a good time. He’s coming up in 20 minutes. Garin Thomas, he would look to try and do something. Obviously, the last time he was in a mountain time trial. Wasn’t a very good one for him in a grand tour because he lost the Jurro on that day to Primos Rugglitch. Um, yeah, we will wait and see. But it’s a very hot day, exposed day as well. Uh yeah, really roller coaster of day yesterday and Tarabiga winning his third stage of this year’s tour to France and what a batting average he has in terms of stage wins to a tour to France. Never left a tour without stages. Yeah, stages not stage. But Brett Van Moore coming up towards uh the second time check. He’s not really going to be troubling anything either. But the current top 10 on the finishing line is Luke Plap leading ahead of Lenny Martinez, Fred Wright. Then we got Leonard Van Edel, Damian Tusi, William Bart, Kaden Groves, Vto Barrett, Yonas Roach, Mate Morohitch, and Dylan. Oh, that’s it. Uh Dylan turns finishing in 13th. So the copus rider who’s been very silent in this year’s race unfortunately so far. 3.4 4 km still to go of the stage and what is going to happen on the stage. Many people are thinking maybe Ramco Venpool could try and take this but I mean we saw last year in the Nice time trial not quite a mountain time trial but it did have a small mountain in there and Tadvacha absolutely blitzed that as well. So yeah, we’ll wait and see. Great to have Carousel Vertigo as well. Uh just checking in before I go to the ice ring for some summer hockey training. Well, that’s good. Uh, yeah, to be as fast, he gets the fourth fastest time in the second time check. So, uh, maybe he will be able to trouble the top five by the end as well. Valatin Panapan signing jerseys at the start. That’s very nice of him. So, we will wait and see if he’s going to be able to ride for his own chances here or if it is just Yeah, he’s riding for someone else. So, we’ll wait and see. Uh, when is Yonis Vingle riding? That is what’s being asked as well by John in Danish. Let’s see. Vingle is going to be a bit of a way. He’s the second last rider to start. Obviously moving up in the GC. He starts at 503. Um, so less than two hours away. Less than two hours. But plenty of other riders to look out for as well. It is a twominut difference between the top 10 rider. I think when we get into the top 10 it will be two two minutes apart. It’s currently one minute 30 apart. So yeah not not that one minute apart. They just want to make sure that we they have a bit of a gap here. So yeah if you catch two two riders that that would be very good climbing by you or very slow climbing by the other riders. Clemon Shis we’re seeing him. I think is this Valentine Pan? He looks very very skinny, very arched back as well. Valentine Panipan racing like Yeah, racing like anything. So I think he might actually be able to just ride for his own chances here. Casper Esk 12 minutes. Oh, 12th at the finish. 12th at the finish for the former the former rider uh Carousel Vertigo. Just rest into this. Uh take this as a bit of a rest day effort and then they’re going to be ready for battle tomorrow. But Navias, what an absolute engine he was yesterday. I think one of the best signings. Yeah, let’s do that as well. What has been your best signing of this year’s uh world tour as well or the Intermashe merger? Let’s go for that. So, anyone who doesn’t know, is the Interm Lotto merger a good idea? Yes or no? So, the two teams reported by Sporza are apparently going to be merging. So, one spot is going to be up for the highest bidder on the world tour and the other spot obviously cuz Lotto is moving up is going to be them. So, yeah, we’ll wait and see how that plays out. Many riders are going to be let go. So, I think it’s the Intermache side that is going to be a bit worried. So, uh yeah, it looks more like it’s Interming into Lotto. So, what is that going to be called? Uh Lotto Intermache. Is that what the team is going to be called? But uh yeah, very worrying for many of the riders, the backroom staff, etc., etc. 8.9 klomes is still to go for Valentine Panipan. Valentin Panipan. What is he going to be able to do on this stage? Very arched back here. And really just trying to get as aerodynamic as possible on his road bike. Obviously, they have a few kilometers of flat or sort of flat and then the climb starts up to the parigoot. Right now we’re seeing Yonas Apprahamson. He’s coming into the finishing line outside the top 10. Outside the top 10 for him. So he’s not going to be troubling the provisional top 10 or provisional top 15. But for the time being uh yeah we’re going to see three. We’re going to see Andreas Lchnerson come as well and Annas Hala Johannes. Those are the next two riders both from Uno X. So, the Uno X riders pretty close to each other, but maybe that’s because they’ve been riding together in the Grapetto and stuff like that. So, yeah, we’re seeing many of these riders wearing ice packs as well at the bottom. So, yeah, who is going to be top on top today? I don’t think Tudtor Pro cycling, let’s be honest. Tudtor Pro Cycling, they have really been trying. They’ve got a lot of former World Tour riders. Michael Store has been up there as well. But yeah, I mean he did just finish 10th in the Jurro as well, so he’s had a good season so far. Um, Euan Cosno is the next rider for Kbnb. We’ll see what he can do. Aa obviously bad news for them as well. Kim Vlan seems to have agreed terms with a team. I think it’s Inos Grenaders. So, we’ll see how he does as well. Inos Grande is they’re saying that he’s going to be a bit of a Garan Thomas replacement but on Isigeru we’re following him on the road as well. 3.4 km still to go for him. What is he going to be doing today? That remains remains to be seen. He crosses the line four fastest on the second intermediate time check. So he just pushes to be as fast out of that position. He’s 1 minute and 13 seconds down. Um or actually further is this right? 1 minute. Yeah, 1 minute and 13 and 1/2 seconds. So, we’ll see where he ends up. Uh has he done a bit of a negative split? I mean, Lenny Martinez is still sitting in that second place. He dropped a lot of time from time from the second time check to the finish line. So, Lenny Martinez a bit brutal couple of days for him unfortunately. But 7.4 km to go for Valentine Panopan. I think he’s battling as much as he can to try and get a good position here. Who has done a good time that is worth talking about. Mike Jonison 28 4 minutes and 4 seconds down for Aana. I mean Astana has been a bit underwhelming unfortunately. We’re hoping that we’re going to be very aggressive but that hasn’t really come to pass. Aa Rubio is the next rider to start the former top 10 finisher and the jury should be a danger man potentially for a top 15 place. So yeah, we’ll wait and see. We’ll wait and see. Where will Remco finish the tour to France 25 this uh will he finish third, fourth? Maybe I should say second as well. Uh fifth or other? So other I guess could be anything else. So, Remco Veniple um having a bit of a suffer fest yesterday, but he did manage his his effort pretty well as well. Great to have Czecha in the house in the Philippines. Uh Czech Republic, what have we or Czecha? What have we got in terms of haven’t we got a Czech rider or am I just absolutely thinking Stear is in the race? But of course, he’s not check rider. He’s coming up to the front as well. one minute. He’s far down. So, he’s going to be inside the top 10, I think, but he’s not going to be troubling. Um, yeah, he’s not going to be troubling the fastest time here. So, doing anything they can to just keep this up at the front, but we will wait and see. But for the time being, it’s looking very good. Oh my goodness. This thing that happened at the Coldplay concert is everywhere with the CEO of the tech company. It’s everywhere. Uh, I’m waiting to see the cycling memes that are going to come out with that that particular moment. But Clemon Champ, that was a random tangent, but Clemon Champ, he’s coming towards the finishing line. I no this penultimate time check, penultimate time check for him. And uh, yeah, to be as fast confirmation there. 2 minutes and 26 seconds and 39 uh, milliseconds. Uh so yeah to be as fast not quite repaying the faith that we had a bit in him but obviously had a big day yesterday as well. So we will wait and see. We will wait and see. For the time being it’s a very very big day this very big day uh to say the least for many of the GC riders. It may only be about half an hour less than half an hour’s effort but it could absolutely be something. Ooh, Carlos Rodriguez said something as well uh about the Inos Grenaders thing. He said, “We started as an ideal.” Okay, I can show you guys this as well. So, this was the Inos Grenaders uh he’s commenting on their breakaway tactic yesterday where they committed with five riders uh up in that break and they really tried to keep the break alive for as long as possible. And obviously they were also the reason why behind they were going quite hard because many of the lower top 10s were feeling threatened by these guys. And uh yeah unfortunately they kind of imploded a bit Inos but they did try. They did try. So I’m trying to not be too critical of Inos Grande. We normally love to be critical of Inos Grande but they are in a bit of a rocky patch. So we’ll be a bit kind but here is what he said. So, Carlos Rodriguez, we’re seeing on Eigira on the line, but let’s just have a look at this. So, this is what Carlos Rodriguez said. He said, “We started as an ideal and promising situation, ended up as one of my worst days on the bike. Anyway, I’m super grateful to my teammates for all their work, believing and delivering me in the best position possible. Plenty of chances to come. We’ll keep fighting.” So, I mean, yeah. Uh obviously it was a bit of a sad ending for them uh yeah to that situation and yeah they tried but his message there kind of suggests that they’re going to go for breakaways from now on. I don’t think we’re going to see them in GC. We’ll talk through the GC as well in a bit. But Julian Phipe, Julian Phipe, what is he going to be doing here? I don’t think he’s going to be doing anything. a man who has of course tasted success in the race in the yellow jersey winning uh time trial but I don’t think he’s going to be doing that here. Shulan Phipe very good in the tortois as we said but is he going to be able to do it here? I don’t think so. I don’t think so. We’ll wait and see. But for the time being it is a bit of a long day for him potentially. Uh but we’ll wait and see. He could maybe do pull something out of the bag. Julian Phipe, very good TT rider on his day. So, uh yeah, we will wait and see. Oh, we also have a picture of uh Yonis Bingugle. Let’s get that on the line as well or on the stream. Um yeah, interesting setup from him. Absolutely could have could have been an amazing one for him if he Yeah. Well, he still said second, which is still a good time right now. Uh, not really anyone of interest. I mean, I know Rubio is the one we’re kind of looking out for as well. That setup. I mean, we could ask you guys as well. I don’t know how many people I experience that climbing a TT in a on a on a road bike, on a TT bike. I’ve never climbed a mountain on a TT bike. Sounds horrendous if I’m honest. So, we’ll wait and see. Great to have Bugdan as well. Uh, great to have so many people around the world. We’ve got New York in the house as well, but who do we think is going to be winning? He’s the Australian national time trial champion Luke Plap who’s not quite been having the best uh to France which he would have wanted. I mean the team desperately want a big result. I mean what more can we tell you about Luke Plap? Um, second in the UAE tour in 2023. That was a really good result. I remember that. Second in the under23 time trial in 20121 to uh Johan Price Py of Denmark. But right now 8.5 km to go for Watt Venard Valentine Panopan. Just upping the tempo a bit here for the second intermediate time check. Looks like he’s going to be inside the top 10. He is. He’s fifth fastest on the second or the penultimate time check. So about just over a minute down. So we’ll wait and see if he’s going to be able to do something into this. But it’s looking pretty good for Luke Plap to sustain many of this. Ooh, I didn’t know this. Maximum Shakman is the German national time trial champion. I think I’ve just forgotten about that uh championships after Tony Martin uh retired. Unfortunately, that’s on me, not on the Germans. But uh yeah, for the time being, Maximum Shakman, we’ll see what he can do. Are we going to see a stage victory from Sudal Quickstep today? I don’t think it’s going to be with this man. If they are going to do it, it is going to be with Remco Veniple. So, 41% of you believe that Remco Veniple is actually going to be winning or finishing third. So, maybe we should give you some more choices. It’s quite a close one. We haven’t talked about the top 10 in the GC. Maybe this is the perfect time to do that because we have a bit of a lull in terms of um riders. Not really. I mean, there are interesting riders on the field. The current top 10. Let’s just check if anything’s happened. We have Luke Plap in first place, 24 minutes and 58 seconds. That is the benchmark for the rest of the riders right now. Lenny Martinez 23 seconds down on that time to be as fast. 2 minutes and 26 seconds down. Fred Wright fourth place currently 2 minutes and 42 seconds. Then we got on Zigiri fifth place. Lenov is sixth place. Seventh place Damian Tus. William Ba as well. Uh that is the interesting part with these time trials is we can get to know the field a bit more and is why I always like to have the opening or more time trials happening. But Santiago Betrao he’s underway as well. Is he going to be catching Shackman? You never know. Wow, Venant, what did he set on that first time check? That will give us an indication. I mean, Yordi Mayos is inside the top 10 on the first time check. So, he went out very, very fast. Uh, Anthony Tois, Lenny Martinez, we talked about Leonard Vanfal, but currently Luke Plop has the fastest time on the free intermediate time checks as well. Um, yeah, Space is saying that photo is mind games. I mean it could be actually it could be mind games uh from from Visma Lisa bike. Uh that that would be very funny as well if it is but Tara Bacha is the man that uh many people are fearing for this stage. He could be the favorite. He could be winning this stage. He’s won many stages in the tour of France. Many many different stages. He’s won time trials in the past as well. We know that. And he could maybe even win this one as well. Uh we’ll wait and see. We’ll wait and see. But yeah, it was a very defeated Inos Grand uh not well yeah Indios Grandes. Yes, but Visma bike as well. They Yeah, it’s a very uphill battle if they’re going to do anything. We will get their GC. So, we can talk about that a bit later as well. But inside the last two kilometers here for Valentine Panopanra. So, yeah, Shakman I don’t think is going to be challenging anyone. Uh yeah, Plap is going to be in the hot seat for quite a while. I think he did a very good time and I I would be interested to hear the interview if he Yeah, I mean, if he does win this stage, that would be absolutely incredible. But a bit of a rest day for many of these riders as well. Scott McMillan as well saying remember being of the tour uh the men’s coffees had their bikes stolen. And the confidence women had their bike stolen a couple of days ago. Oh my goodness. What bike are they riding? Uh not ris. What are they riding? They are riding. Help me out chat. I honestly don’t understand why teams don’t just put down uh pay a bouncer pay a couple of bouncers overnight. What is a night? I mean this road looks very yeah very sparse for maybe there’s another way to get up. I’ve never been to the perig good or perisord. Which one is it? The peris sword. I think perig good. Uh perigude. There we go. But for the time being we’re seeing Valentin Panra coming up towards the finishing line. He’s maybe just going to get inside the top five. He’s for sure going to be inside the top 10, but where is he going to be finishing? That is the big question. Clayman Champson getting third fastest time as well. So, a good ride from Dastana, French rider. Uh 1 minute and 22 seconds down on Luke Plat, but Valentin Pan next rider to finish. Is he going to get inside the time of his countryman? Um maybe. It’s saying that he’s currently Well, maybe not actually. He I don’t think he is going to get inside the time of Clemon Shi but he’s definitely going to get inside top three I think top five top five maybe top five Buna Marai he’s going fast out he’s got 9 kmters to go no time trial setup for him either we’ve not really seen that time trial setup in terms of TT bars or a full-on time trial bike but I mean climbing on a time trial bike is certainly not the most comfortable thing I think So, we’ll wait and see. But 8.8 km. He’s really flying down this road here. I don’t know if a TT bike would be would be good right now, but 8.6 km to go. 8.6 km to go. Fran Mandenbrook, the man who finished uh second on the opening stage last year. He’s the next ride to start. But Valentin Panopra, he’s going to be coming over the line any minute now. It looks like it is just going to be fourth place. Fifth place. Fifth place. 2 minutes and 20 seconds down. So averaging 24 km an hour. Very, very lean this guy. Pure climber to say the least. Taking a stage win in the jurro last year, but his first tour to France with Sudal Quickstep. So yeah, we will wait and see. Julian Phipe as well, he’s on the road. I know Rubio getting the third fastest time on the penultimate time check. So maybe he can do something. Michael Store coming through the penultimate time check, 11th fastest. Doesn’t look like he’s too bothered about this. Macho Bogodoro is the next rider to start. We’ve got Axel or Ron’s coming up as well, but I think the Inos Grande riders are absolutely just going to take this very easy. Um yeah, we will wait and see. But for the time being, this is a bit of a comfortable uh ride for many riders. Um seeing this as a potential extra rest day to some extent, but uh yeah, they’re doing a good job nonetheless to just keep the pressure on. And we will wait and see what happens here. Nilson Prowles, maybe he’s going to be given a good opportunity to try and do something for himself today. But Ana Rubio, he’s coming up towards the finish now. Um yeah. Um we will see. So uh yeah, obviously that green jersey is a bit of a crazy one this year. Machuan Paul is he going for it? Tagacha is very much in the running for this courtesy of that change of coefficients for some of the stages and John Milan and there’s not really too many sprint stages left. That final one in Paris that’s always a guaranteed win for the riders is not going to be one this year. So yeah, wowza. But Bruno Mariah, we’re following him. Looks like he’s going to catch a Moistar rider. Uh he’s about 9 seconds down on Luke Plap they’re saying right now. So who do you think is a better climber? Is it Luke Plap or is it uh Bruno Amoray? Wingor Indil Pagatcha beat 180 rider uh riders many minutes time trial stages shows how bad 180 riders obviously 100 many of those riders are riding for other riders many of them are sprinters etc. So uh yeah they they have different different um yeah what are we saying different motives different uh targets as well. So yeah, Quinn Simmons as well. We’re seeing him with his very uh unique hairstyle, very brilliant mustache as well, mullet. So we’ll see what he can do. What is going to happen for Quinn Simmons, but Quinn Simmons doing everything he can potentially to do something here. Not quite sure, but maybe. Uh riders with interesting times in the last few minutes. 12 fastest on the first four kilometers for Neilson Prowles who’s a good climber. So maybe he can do something. While Venard was 15th over the finishing line as well. So I mean pretty good time by him. Mark the next rider to come. Bruno Mariah is about to catch his threeminute man I think of Yasper Stan. So Bruno Mariah doing a good turn here as well. Santiago stops the clock 1 minute and 17 and a half seconds. So he is very close to that uh leading time of Luke Plap. So good riding by him as well. Uh Santiago Betrago and Ano Rubio. These two guys I feel are very similar riders, very good climbers from um from Colombia obviously and uh they they have been showing some real good form. Um yeah, we’ll wait and see what happens here. We’ll wait and see what happens. But it’s a very interesting one to say the least uh for the GC what’s going to happen. We’ll get the GC as well when we get a bit closer to them and then talk through who’s going to be maybe losing a lot of time. We’ve still got 45 riders to set off. 45 riders still to set off on the stage, but Bruno Mariah doing a very good turtle pace here. Just upping the tempo ever so slightly. Can he do something later on in this race? Is he going to go for that Mountains jersey? That is the big question as well. Is he going to be able to do something? That remains to be seen. Um yeah, Bruno Mariah, good rider, not afraid to go on the attack, but uh for the time being, it’s it’s looking pretty good here for him. Looking pretty good for Ajitto. If they can keep Gal up there in the top 10 of the GC, they obviously want to get a stage win as well. Um yeah, but Bruno Mariah inside 1.5 km to go. Is he going to be stopping the club anywhere near these riders? We will wait and see. But Van Viela is the next rider to start. So Vaniela, what is he going to do? The Remco Veniple lookalike some well definitely on the riding type. Uh then we got Harry Sweeney who was really helping Ben Healey a lot yesterday when everything kind of crashed and burned for him. But yeah, Ben Healey doing a very good job to respect the jersey and still in the race as well. So that was very crucial. But Vaniela, we’re seeing him. What can he do? Rumored to be leaving the team as well at the end of the season. We’ll see how that goes. But uh yeah, just upping the tempo here. We’re over 200 likes as well. Can we get to 300? She’s just going to ride through treat as a rest day and maybe it’s going to come out good and just just doing everything he can to preserve energy and get as close to that time cut as possible. Oo, Macho Vanderpool is coming. Macho Vanderpool. How many signatures has that man signed during this tour to France? How many pictures has he taken? Who knows? But uh yeah, the demigod, he’s coming up as well. Obviously not the best climber. Um, and I think he’s just going to use this as a bit of a rest day as well. Bit of an effort. And yeah, just limit the losses a bit potentially. But we are um yeah, we will wait and see. We will wait and see. Um 500 meters to go for Bruno Marai and he’s not got that much time uh left in the bank. He’s got about 33 seconds if he’s going to be beating the time of Luke Plap. So, that’s not going to be happening, but he could find himself inside that top five. So, the top five looks like it’s going to be Bruno Mariah’s end position. Maybe he’s going to join this row of free French riders up there. But, yeah, right now it is looking very interesting for Luke Plap. How far is he going to be keeping this in? is he going to be able to sustain some of the top four riders? But uh yeah, he’s doing a good job right now. Uh Herot Tahada did a pretty good time as well. Is 16% here towards the finish, which is absolutely savage. This is savage, savage, savage. and he’s absolutely trying to ride as hard as possible here, but I think he might just be falling outside the time of Julian Phipe. He’s got five 5 seconds to go if he’s going to be unseeding Julian Phipe from that third place provisionally. I think he’s outside of that time and now he has to look down for the time of Santiago. So he’s currently the fourth fastest Bruno Marai TT specialist but not the best French rider on the day. Lenny Martinez and Julian Philipe sitting ahead of him. So let’s just update that provisional top 10 for us as well on screen. Um yeah so interesting riders in there. A mix of climbers and TT specialists and climbers that are good TT specialists that are good climbers as well. So yeah, we’ll wait and see how this changes, but Bruno Marai slots into fourth place there. So fourth place for him. And yeah, we’ll be fascinating to see what happens deeper into the stage as well when the bigger guys come out to play. But uh for the time being, it’s looking fairly good for Luke Plop surviving another onslaught from a few more riders. But uh yeah, we’ll see if they’re going to be able to trouble him later on um the GC riders. But uh Tab Gacha of course is the guy we’re waiting for. Uh and Jonas Vingo and Ramco Veniple. Like we’re waiting for all these guys. So we will see. We will see. But for the time being, it’s looking fairly good. So I don’t think Neilson Palees is going to be troubling this time. He did catch Axel Orans. So I mean that’s quite good. Or maybe Axel Orans is just taking a bit easy. Cleman Ventini the former or the cyclross French champion multiple French champion is on the road as well. Vanera comes through the first time check. Um has he troubled anything? I’m not too certain he has. I’m not too certain. Um yeah, riders to look out for next. We got Joe Blackmore. The to laneer champion Machoan has just set off as well. So what is he going to be able to do? Um yeah, he just has to think of this as a cycle cross effort and then he would do pretty well. But yeah, we got much of an on course now. 7 10.7 km still left for the Flying Dutchman. Is he going to be flying up this climb? Probably not. But for the time being, there’s a lot of riders that are going to be nervous about this. Um, yeah, we will wait and see. Uh, we will wait and see. So that gives a chance for the green jersey riders to get in the breakaway. But yeah and then we have got uh Sunday we have one that could be won a breakaway stage. So maybe Big Gay and Macho Vanipal can get themselves in that break. uh John Milan as well. Then they have the rest day. Then they have the Mon 2 which the intermediate sprint is before the finish. So yeah, we will see. We will see. But right now it is the next riders who start. Uh is this Gatan? No, for sure not. Is he that far down in GC? No, it’s Quinton Pache. Uh yeah, it just the Yeah, they have a very similar beard. So that’s on me. Not all French bearded riders are the same, but Quinton Pache, he sets off to potentially not getting inside that top 10. Uh, Fostto Copy had 7 minutes and 2 seconds in on stage 20 to nonc in 1949. Let’s see what the biggest time gap in recent time. None in the 2000s. So, that’s a bit of a shame. Migallinder had three minutes of a gap to second place um in 1992. uh slowest time trials in to France history was uh TT uh stage 15 in the 1959 to France up to PD dom. So yeah and then up to Mmon 2 uh in 1958 the year before as well. Uh it’s a shame that they didn’t do it up Mon 2. I would have loved to have seen a time trial of Mon 2 or Abduez. Why not just do out the ways and then they could have had uh the other stage. But Quinn Simmons, we’re following him as well. Just pushing on as much as he can. Uh 4 km to go on the stage. Is he going to be able to do something? We’ll wait and see. Quinn Simmons, absolutely strong rider as we know. Um yeah, should be exciting to see where he ends up in terms of uh Sunday. Maybe he’s going to get in the break. He’s been looking very aggressive in this year’s tour. Obviously, there’s that super competitivity award at the end in Paris and we’ll see who’s actually uh going to be doing something there. But in terms of getting that award, but I think Machuan could really have a good shot of winning that. Right now, 50% of you believe it is going to be won by Tabaga. Uh Macho Vanipol comes through 27 30 and a half seconds down on that first point. So he’s not really troubling the times as well. So we’ll wait and see. But um yeah. Yeah, it’s it’s going to be a good fast finish from the GC riders. We’ll see if they get into 23 minutes. I think maybe they could. I think maybe we could see 23 minutes being dipped into by the fastest time. The fastest time is still 24 minutes and 58 seconds. Um, Luke Plop doing a very good job. I think maybe they rested him over the last few days. Um, maybe I think so with this in mind. So maybe they can do something. Uh, we’ll wait and see. We’ll wait and see. But for the time being, he’s in the hot seat. You can’t do any better than that to be honest. and uh maybe he can just do something spectacular. Top five, top 10 could be on the cards, but you never know with these kind of things. You never know. Um yeah, he’s doing a good job nonetheless right now. So maybe it’s going to be Luke Plop’s day. But um yeah, normally when I backed him in a time trial, then he kind of goes backwards, but this is a bit more of a mountain time trial as well. So maybe that was uh yeah suits his characteristics a bit more. He’s a good climber. He’s a good TT rider sometimes and uh yeah if he has a bit of freshness as well there could be something really uh poll idea just as there is a supivity award there should be a domestique award for each stage this award would highlight the responsibilities for the complex and complexities of the domestique’s mandate. Absolutely agree with Mark. Absolutely agree. That would be absolutely great to see. Um yeah, right now Quinn Simmons is just pushing on. What can he do? Um yeah, I mean yesterday, who would be the domestique there? I think Nias did a brilliant job to be up there. Um yeah, but Quinn Simmons doing a very good job just to keep himself outside of the time limit as well. Next ride to start is 33rd in GC, a former top five finisher in the tour to France and a very good rider as we know, Alexander Blazov, the white flagged rider because Russia is no longer a nation in sports. Uh yeah, former time trial champion of Russia as well. The tour of Russia is actually happening right now as we speak. Uh seems like it’s only Kazak riders, Belarusian riders, and Russian riders in that race for obvious reasons, but Tim Wellins is coming towards the finish as well. And, uh, Tim Wellins, he’s going to find himself well outside the top five. So, Luke Plap, is he going to take an unlikely victory here today? That remains to be seen. Are the GC riders going to be waiting or taking a bit easier because they have a hard stage tomorrow? It is just one effort. So, and then they can get back to their rest. So, it’s only really 25 minutes of effort. That’s it. That’s it. So, bit of a rest day friend. Not a friendly competition, but it’s a rest day competition in a way. He’s coming up, the former tour 11 winner and stage winner on the tour to France and Polka Dot jersey winner as well. But Steph Crass, former top 15 finisher know, and Roman Grego, Roman Grego is sitting quite high up in GC 27th or maybe some of the climbers are just sitting quite low. Um yeah, tomorrow is going to be an absolutely brutal stage. We’ve got the the Yeah, we’ll see what happens later on, but uh for the time being, it’s looking very good for the riders up towards the front of the current uh provisional one. Uh but we think, yeah, Lenny Martinez is still sitting there, so he’s doing a very good job as well. Just making sure to stay out of trouble. Is he gonna be able to do anything uh tomorrow? I mean those points that is what they’re looking for as well. Those points really wants to do something as well. Is he going to be able to do it? But that finish that finish is looking very good. That finish is so hard to say the least. Um are we going to see the stage being won by the GC riders? I think yes. I don’t think we’re going to get Luke Plop winning this. I’m sorry Australians. I’m sorry. Well, I’m not sure we have any Australians in the chat, but uh yeah, I don’t think it’s going to be Australians winning uh this one. I think it’s going to be Tardaga winning this all the way. And Tardaga could do a hat-tick of wins as well. He could do a hattick of wins. He could win uh he won yesterday as we know. He could win he could win uh tomorrow as well. So, he could win three stages in a row. That would be absolutely crazy when you think about it. But for the time being, we’re just seeing Quinn Simmons just put on a show. Absolutely. Just uh upping the tempo as much as he can. What is he able to do? That is the big question as well. Will he be able to push on a bit more? There are a lot of riders in here still waiting to start start the stage. There’s plenty of riders on the course as well. Uh will they be able to do something? I don’t think we have got anyone on the course right now who’s able to challenge the riders. I don’t think in the top 10 even. Harry Sweeney did come through third fastest there. So, Harry Sweeney is actually on a good one. Harry Sweeney is uh yeah, we will wait and see. Um yeah, this this is very interesting. Now, are we going to see a big big showdown between the riders? Uh yeah, this is going to be a fascinating one to say the least. But next rider to start, next rider to start is Tatal and Ais. Are they going to be able to do anything? So yeah, we’ll wait and see. But for the time being, Quinn Simmons is getting a lot of TV time here, which is a bit annoying for Education Easy Post because Harry Sweeney looks like he is going pretty fast catching Pascal AON, catching Van Viela as well. Um, so maybe he’s on for potentially a really good time here. So we will wait and see, but for the time being, it’s looking very good for many of these riders. uh in that top three, but that green jersey is open for sure. That green jersey is well and truly in play. Oh my goodness. If Tadvacho wins that, I mean, yeah. Okay, the route does favor him a bit more. The sprintes less opportunities. We know that. We also know the change of coefficients for whatever reason. Why do they did that? I have no idea why they did that. But all these these uh small factors have actually just benefited Tarov Gacha. So yeah, annoying. I I’m not actually in favor of that. I think it should be more a sprinters or fastman uh competition for sure. So we’ll wait and see. So is he going to be getting the time of Julian Phipe? So Alfa Phipe is the one in danger right now. I think we are going to get a new third place finisher. 55 seconds. 55 seconds down. So he is our new third place finisher. So I will update our our uh provisional top 10 as well. So a new top 10 has just insue or just happened. So we’ll see how long that lasts. But Adam Yates, is he able to ride for his own opportunities here or is he just going to be taking it quite easy? We’ve not really seen too much from him in this year’s tour. He’s not been vintage vintage Adam Yates, but for sure he will try and do something later on in services of Taipacha. Such a loyal lieutenant, former podium finisher in the to France. Has an epic uh oneweek stage race record as well. Um yeah, let’s let’s think let’s get his uh resume up in terms he’s definitely won touris. He’s won tour to Ramdy. He’s one which else he’s won I’m thinking the Spanish one week stage races. Yeah, Walter Catalonia has won he’s won the UAE tour. He’s won the tour of Aman twice even this year. He’s won the tour of Turkey 11 years ago. So you can see Adam Yates is a very good stage hunter or a stage race winner. Definitely one of the first riders I would sign if I was making a super team and building around a superstar. Adam Yates leaving Inos was one of the best things he did for his career. But 7.4 kmters to go. What is he going to be able to do? That remains to be seen. And I mean, if they do go very deep, tomorrow is going to be even more interesting because then we can have someone absolutely implode. Matias Mosensen is the 18th rider in GC. Is he a good mountain TT rider? Wasn’t there a mountain T he was part of in the Tortois Swiss or the Welter or something like that? So, we will wait and see what happens with the riders, but it’s certainly going to be an interesting one. We’re almost at 400 likes as well. I’m sure we can get to 500, guys. So, I think these times are absolutely going to be tumbling because now the best climbers of the race are coming and obviously they are absolutely going to get rid of these times as well. I mean or development team. But uh yeah, right now we’re seeing Seb Cous flying high. Uh he’s going to be inside the top 10. I think the provisional top 10 passing Simon Yates. Simon Yates obviously taking a bit easy. I think Sebus just needs to push himself a bit to get the legs back. So he gets inside the top 10 provisionally. We’ll get the new provisional top 10. So, Sebus slots into eighth place there, gets rid of another Frenchman in the provisional top 10. And uh yeah, right now it’s looking very fascinating the GC towards the front end. So maybe we’re going to see some real big differences in that in the GC to be honest. We could maybe see that Simon Yates crosses the line 3 minutes and 19 seconds down. So not quite him going all out, but Kevan Vlan is our next rider. Kevin Mlan the best place rider French rider big big day for him reportedly changed teams as well he’s changed teams so he will be signing with someone we think it’s going to be Inos Grande uh or maybe AG2 but he just goes off the front we’ll see he’s 10 seconds into his ride he’s a very good TT rider on his day as well did go a bit backwards in the Torto Swiss so we will wait and see what he can do here but for the time being this is going to be a big result, but uh 51% of you, it’s a very close poll this uh 51% of you believe that we are going to get a catch of Tadugacha. We haven’t seen any bike swaps today. But right now we are seeing Tobias Haloh Johannes one set of those one half of that twins we saw Anas Halle Johannes as well but right now 3.5 km to go for Tobias Johannison the former total Avenir winner the man who is sitting upside inside the top 10 but Tigacha is absolutely rolling into this um yeah we will wait and see we will wait and see there everything can happen here but to be honest he’s coming up towards that intermediate time check. He’s going to find himself inside the top 10 on that one. So, the penultimate time check to Halo Hannes is going to be inside that currently led by Matteo Jorgensson. Matteo Jurgensson will see what he can do deeper into this. But Tobias Haloh Hannison just doing everything he can to just push himself into the red, stay in there as long as possible and not blow. But Tadagacha, he’s against the TT bike. So we’ll get the first time check. He’s not on a TT bikes. Remco Veniple and Yonasvingo is. So we’ll wait and see. We’ll wait and see. D Remco Veniple we said these guys were absolutely going to blitz the time sheets and I mean Remco Veniple on a TT bike of course he was going to blitz it. Carlos Rodriguez is going to be troubling I think the top five now. So Carlos Rodriguez is going to put himself inside the top five. 40 50 seconds down on Luke Plap. You can just see how good this ride from Luke Plap is. Uh he’s absolutely holding a lot of these riders off. So good good ride from him and we’ll wait and see. But a lot of these riders pushing on now. They’re really pushing on. Who’s going to be winning this? It’s going to be a tight one. 6.5 km to go that five first time check. 4 km into it. Obviously a really good tempo king as we know but h yeah right now Remco Veniple Yonis Vingle will have to just try and get as much as they can out of this but for the time being it’s Kelan he’s coming up to that pen penultimate time check are we going to see anything happening here for him but uh right now uh yeah the riders are really suffering on the course um yeah so Matteo Jurgensson who had that provisional fastest time 14 seconds was put into him by many of the riders so yeah 3.2 Two kilometers to go for Kevlan. He’s almost inside the last three kilometers. The best French rider. Is he going to be the best French rider when it comes to the end of this stage? He’s absolutely pushing as much as he can. He was just about on the same time as Lenny Martinez as well. So, we’ll wait and see. But this top 10 is absolutely going to make that top 10 in the GC their own. I think completely 4.3 km to go for Remco. He’s pushing everything he can here. This is his moment. and he doesn’t want to lose time on anyone. But is he just going to be the third fastest rider today? We’ll wait and see. But Tarugacha, Yonas Wingle, it’s a close battle here. So, Lipovitz might just be able to do something here about this. We will wait and see. But Yonis Wvingo coming through that fastest time check. He’s going to be inside the time of Tuga. Oh no, of Ruggl. But for the time being, um yeah, Yoris Wingo is going to set the new fastest time on that provisional time check. So Yonas Vingo is our fastest time. So we will wait and see what happens now when Taragata comes. He’s got 3.2 km left. 3.2 km left. So we will wait and see. Now this is going to be very interesting now for the big guys. Luke Plop, he can just pack away, go away from the hot seat. It’s been a very long day for him. But Remco absolutely suffering. Remco Veniple absolutely suffering. Wowza, that looked painful. So, he’s still got three kilometers to go. Tagacha on his arrow bike. 3.7 kilometers to go for him. Is he going to be catching his rivals? That is the big question as well. So, we will wait and see. We will wait and see. Yasing really needs to pull something out of the bag if he’s going to be able to do this. And 3.6 km to go. 3.6 km to go. Anything can happen. Anything can happen. Are we going to see a big stage here? That is the big question. But for the time being, it’s looking electric for many of these riders. They’re absolutely on the limit. That face from uh from our man Remco Venol absolutely on the limit. So we will wait and see. We will wait and see. Um so anything can happen. So are we going to get a big showdown between the riders here? We’re seeing Tataraga inside the time of Yorn Mingo. He’s 24 seconds quicker. Oh my goodness. So, Yasis Bingo quicker than Rogitch and Tadaga even faster there. That is the big question. We will wait and see. But he looks like he’s suffering completely. Absolutely suffering Remco Veniple. And he has still got that very steep part as well left. But Remco Veniple, did he just have some problems with his gears? Yeah, I think he just had some problems with his gears. So all I think his heart heart just skipped a beat cuz it could have been a drop chain, but I think he just managed to save it. Remco Veniple, what is he going to be able to get out of this stage? 1.8 km. He’s the guy that they’re focusing on now. Fourth Friday NGC is of course our man of Floren Lipovitz. Is it not? Is it Floren Lipovitz or did I tell you lies? But we’ll wait and see what’s going to happen. But Taracha absolutely flying up this climb. Kevin Vlan is the next rider to come towards the finish line as well. He’s not going to be troubling Primo Rugglitch. I think there’s only one or two riders that can be troubling Primos Rugglitch and they’re called Taragatcha and Yonis Vingle. I think those are going to be the free riders up towards the front, but it will be a very good comeback from uh Rugglage to just claw back some time. Very good rider when it comes to a TT uphill. But Yasis Bingo riding that ridiculous helmet as we’re so used to, but with Danish colors. So, we appreciate that. And uh yeah, I’m not sure if that TT bike has paid off. We don’t know. Has it paid off? I’m not a expert on TTS. It’s how he’s comfortable as well as well. I’m sure that they’ve done tests with this up this climb, but Remco Veniple looks like he’s really suffering. 1.5 km to go riding his TT bike doing his best. He’s not on the hoods. He’s on on the on the Well, yeah, he’s on the hoods. Actually, he’s not on the skis, but we’re seeing Floren Lipovich. What can he do? He’s got 500ish meters to go. He wants to try and get closer to Remco Veniple if he can, but I’m not sure he will be able to. Kevon Vlang is looking like he might just get inside that top five as well. But Primos Rugglage that time of 24 minutes and 20 seconds. New benchmark. Kan Mlan is going to be outside that time. I’m not even sure he’s going to be the best French rider on the day. Looks like he might just be outside the top 10. Um yeah, I think Kan Mlan outside the top 10. But Yonas Vingle, he’s coming towards the finish as well. 1.4 4 km to go for the day. The twotime tour to France champion won an emphatic time trial back in 2023, but looks like it’s not going to be his day here. But Klan just manages to get himself inside top 10. Not better than Lenny Martinez. So Lenny Martinez ride was absolutely incredible. So Lenny Martinez might just find himself inside the top 10 at the end of the day. We will wait and see. But Kevin Vlan uh he just gets inside the top 10. So, we’ll wait and see. But, next rider to come is Floren Lipovich. Floren Lipovitz absolutely battling hard here. What will he be able to do? Doing everything in his power just to push on. What can he do? What is he going to be able to do here? Just doing everything. Absolutely. Suffer fest for the young German. First tour to France. No, is it first tour of France? But definitely first uh time as a GC rider. Uh Remco Veniple comes inside the last kilometer here just doing his best to just keep up the pace, keep up the pressure. What is he going to be doing later in this year’s tour of France as well? White jersey is in play. So of course the time of Lipovitz is going to be important in relation to Remco Veniple because those two riders are fighting for that third place directly and that white jersey. So the Floren Lipov stops the time at 24 minutes and 56 seconds. That is that is a good time. That is a good time. So he actually manages to slot in behind uh Primosglitch and Luke Plop moves down one place. So a good good ride there. Absolutely good ride. So we’ll wait and see what happens. But anything can happen here on this stage. And who is going to be winning this stage? We’ll wait and see. We’ll wait and see. But for the time being, there’s a lot of riders in here. Who is going to be winning this stage? That is the big question. But uh 750 mters left for the Dane, the pride of Denmark and uh the twotime to France winner Yonis Wingle. What is he going to be able to do here? We’ve got Remco Veniple. He’ll probably be able to see Ramco Venopol as well. Remco Veniple’s got 530 m left of this climb. 530 m still to go. Yonis Wingle 600 m to go. He will be able to see Remco Venipo in front of him. 2 minutes between them. But Yesving clawing back time on Remco Veniple. What is going to happen here? 500 meters to go for Yonis Wingle. Absolutely pushing the pace as much as he can. Has to push it to the limit. He wants to keep uh Taragatcha at bay. Who will be able to do this? But Tarbagatcha inside the last kilometer now himself. So is he going to be able to do it? Is Taragatcha going to be able to win this? We will wait and see. Yonisving pushing this absolutely as hard as possible on his TT bike. Veniple also a TT bike and uh Tiberata on his arrow bike. So no one going for a climbers’s bike here. Vingle Ramco Veniple. They’re in the same frame. 200 meters to go for Remco Veniple. Doesn’t want to be caught by Yas Vingle. But can Yonas catch his twin man of the world time trial champion third place last year in the tour to France? Remco Veniple. This has definitely been a day of suffering. It was yesterday as well. Is he going to be suffering tomorrow? That’s the big question. But Yonising looks like he might just be able to do the catch and take the fastest time provisionally as well. So, we’ll wait and see. We’ll wait and see. Yasving absolutely hammering as much as possible. That Belgian rainbow carrot is in front of him. The white jersey looks like he might just catch him inside the last 100 meters. This is going to be very close. Yas Bingle. Can he just dent the confidence of Remco? Veniple. They’re getting very close. The catch will be made. The catch has been done. So, Yonas Bingo is going to ride past Remco there. Yas Bingo. This is a day to remember catching your twominute man. Who is the third place finisher? Oh, 44 seconds quicker. So, two minute uh 23 minutes and 36 37 seconds. 23 minutes and 37 seconds. That is the mark. So absolutely impressive ride there by Yonis Vingle catching Remco Veniple the two-minute man and what more can we say than Shappo Shappo to our man of Yonas Vingle uh Remco Veniple absolute disaster for him obviously and we’ll see what he says later on about that but Tabiga coming up the road as well. Uh he’s got 1 minute and 25 seconds to get to the finish. Oh my god, he’s going to put a lot of time into Yoners here. He’s inside uh yeah inside the last 200 meters here. This is going to be an absolutely legendary finish from Yorn Tarbacha. He’s going to take this I think. Uh 600 Oh no, he’s got 600 meters to the goal. So he might just miss out on this. He might just miss out. 600 m to go they were saying. Or is this wrong? This might be wrong. H they took the caption away. So it might be wrong. So Tup Tab Gacha here coming towards the finish line. and he’s going to be well inside the time of Yonis Wingo. I think I’m looking at the road markings and I think they’re saying that Tarbagacha is going to win this by quite a landslide. So Tarbiga Yeah, there you have it. 37 seconds on Yonis Bingle. Bang. That’s a statement. Taga wins this stage, the 13th stage of the tour to France. We were so hyped that Yonising caught his two-minute man of Remco Veniple. But just a few minutes later, not even two minutes, we see that Tardaga puts 37 seconds into Yonis Vingal. So, uh, wow. Absolutely wowza. What a performance by Tabaga. What a performance by Yonis Vingal. And yeah, wow. We’ll go through the top 10 of the stage as well. uh good ride by many of the riders in the GC. Of course, we have the podcast as well where we’ll be talking about the recap race analysis later on as well. So, do check that out if you haven’t already. Um yeah, I was just going to get the top 10 on screen first, but we know Tatagacha wins his fourth stage of this year’s tour France. I mean, his first mountain um win in terms of the tour front since the 2020 launch dei. What a epic day that was as well for him and his team and everyone. But we will just wait and see what the top 10 is. I’m trying to I think proycling stats is absolutely going mental right now. So, I’ve got the top 10 in front of me, but you can’t see it. So, let’s see if I can get it on screen as well. Uh, but Tabacha absolutely riding every Oh, here we go. Top 10 Tabacha. Fourth stage win as we said. 21st stage win now. 21st stage win. Absolutely remarkable riding by him. And, uh, seems like that crash absolutely didn’t do anything uh to hamper him. But, let’s get the top 10. Uh yeah, Tardagacha wins this stage with a speed of 28 kilometers an hour average. Wowza 28 and a half kilometers average. Uh 23 minutes almost dipping inside the 22 minutes 36.7 seconds ahead of Yonis who’s second place. Primos Roglitch he finishes in third place. Good ride by him. Uh he takes about 36 seconds on his teammate as well. He finishes 1 minute and 20 seconds down on Primo’s on Tadagatcha. So wasn’t that the distance as well or the difference at Llange to Bill Fee. Floren Lipovitz a good ride by him almost 2 minutes down on Tadagatcha. Luke Plap still managing to stay inside the top 10 with that very good early ride as well. That really shows how good that ride was earlier. And then we got Matteo Jurgensson a really good ride as well. Uh 2 minutes and 3 seconds down on Tarabacha. Oscar on a great ride by him. I was a bit unsure if he was going to be able to do something on this stage or if he was going to be losing time and really showing that he is one of the best climbers on this day as well. Uh as Space says as well, Tadagata takes 20 points on the green jersey. So yeah, well there you have it. That’s going to be happening as well. So uh yeah, a lot of things um yeah, a lot of things are looking interesting on this stage. So, we’ll wait and see what happens. But we also have Adam Yates in there. He got eighth place. That was a good ride by him. We had Lenny Martinez in ninth place. That’s a good ride for Lenny Martinez. I think he gets some mountain jersey points as well. Obviously, he’s going to lose the jersey completely. He was joint with uh with Tadabach at the start of the day, but obviously that is not going to happen here in terms of keeping that jersey alive. So, we’ll wait and see what happens. But uh yeah, it’s it’s looking very interesting in terms of uh well the podium positions, the lower top 10s. Uh Kim Vlan getting 11th place that was probably a bit uh he was probably hoping for around the five to seven. So he loses 2 minutes and 36 seconds. Felix Gal as well gets the top 10. That was very good from him. But the f best French rider is Lenny Martinez. So, Lenny Martinez doing a very good job uh to stay in there. So, we’ll wait and see, but it it’s looking fairly good here for many of these riders. I’ll get you the top 10 as well before I scurry off and do the recap race analysis as well. Uh today, yeah, it should be a fairly straightforward one. We’ll analyze what kind of happened in terms of all the different tactics being utilized by the riders. But uh let’s get the top 15 in GC cuz that shows us a pretty good picture. Um yeah, this is this has been a bit of a procession for the UAT Meer riders. So let’s just have a look at this as well. So Enrich Mass in 15th place as we saw not really able to leap up here. I mean who has actually changed in this? That is probably a good question as well. Yonis Wing is now 4 minutes and 7 seconds down on Tabacha. We got Remco Veniple 7 minutes and 24 seconds down. Wowers that is crazy margins. Um Remco Veniple he holds about a 6sec uh advantage still on Floren Lipovitz. So that’s going to be a bit worrying going into tomorrow’s stage. And then we’ve got Oscar Onley and Floipovitz. I mean Oscar Onley sitting in fifth place. That is such a good ride by him. Absolutely incredible to see what he’s doing there. Uh Kevin Vlan, he falls down in place. 8 minutes and 15 seconds. So there’s only 4 seconds between Kevin Vlan and Oscar only. Primos Rugglitch 8 minutes and 50 seconds down. So we’ll see if he can catch maybe the two riders. I mean a top five place is definitely up for grabs for him. Uh you got Tobias Halo Johannes still in eighth place. So that’s great for him. Felix Scal ninth place. Matteo Jurgensson solidifies that 10th place that we saw yesterday. Ben Healey losing more time. And Carlos Rodriguez 20 minutes down. That is absolutely incredible. Absolutely incredible. But uh yeah, this is looking very good right now. Um yeah, so we’ll wait and see. Uh but uh yeah, that tactic of the TT bike, maybe we should ask that’s our exit poll as well. Uh we we’ll do the recap race analysis as well. So do check that out a bit later. But let’s just ask you guys, do you think it was a good idea to do the TT bike? Uh I mean, Baga ripped them up completely. We saw in the first time track he even was faster. Was it a good idea with the TT bike? Yes or no? I mean, I don’t know. You never know how comfortable these riders are. Maybe they are comfortable. We’ll see what the riders say after the stage as well. But, uh, yeah, that was that was some performance by Tabaga. I mean, now 21 stages to his name. Um yeah could win tomorrow as well that on Super Pier. So it could be an absolute onslaught from here. And that green jersey it is looking like it is going to be heading the way of Tibugatcha if he keeps this up. So uh maybe we are going to see Tadugacha winning that green jersey, winning the polka dot jersey, winning the yellow jersey in a very Eddie Merks fashion. I I think that could very much be on the cards if he continues in this manner. Doesn’t look like he’s fatigued at all. The time limit as well was extended at the start of the day. It was supposed to be 33 seconds or 33% of the winner’s time, but it’s been extended to uh yeah, it’s been extended to 40% because they didn’t want to lose John to Milan, I think. So, yeah. Absolutely incredible what happened the scenes here. So, we’ll see what happens uh tomorrow as well. Uh we’ve got the the recap or the stage preview coming up. Uh actually, I’ll just let you guys uh I’ll put that online now so then you can see that later. But uh for the time being, Tabaga absolutely has a firm grasp on this tour of France. Absolutely imperious riding on an arrow bike. Obviously, it’s a very uh special arrow bike, let’s be honest. But yeah, phenomenal riding by him and we’ll see what he does tomorrow as well. Our UAT memorates going to just take it a bit easy tomorrow. I mean, uh there’s a lot of other teams that also want to win a stage in in the to France as well. So, we’ll wait and see if if anyone’s going to be able to get in the mix for that. But yeah, we I will share you the stage stage 14 preview as well in the chat before we head off and do that recap race analysis of this time trial. Very impressive time trial as we know, but we’ll wait and see if something’s going to happen later.   1. The most boring TDF since I began watching in the 80's. Predetermined. Pogačar is on something. No one can be a climber, time trialist and good sprinter at the same time. Never has been, never will be.
