My parents have a (as far as I know) Belgian brand E-Bike (Formula) with an Ananda brand computer system. They bought it from an online deal the Kruidvat store had a while ago. The screen gives the message Error 24.
So far any bike shop and/or dealer I've called (Apeldoorn and Zwolle) haven't been of help. 9/10 of them sinply say they don't work with Belgian bikes or they don't work with the brand. One did say they sell bikes with the Ananda brand system but they said Ananda can't be read (uitlezen in Dutch). So I'm back at square one.
Is there anyone out there who knows someone or a shop that can help me? I'll add a picture of the bike and it's screen to give you guys a better understanding. If this isn't the right subreddit to post could you direct me into the right direction?

Since your parrents bought it at kruidvat (i know it is not a bikeshop) they should contact them within warranty period.
They do not have a single dealer in the Netherlands so you could contact their Belgium/German dealer. But start at the party you bought it from. Good luck
did the cable connecting the motor wiggle a connector loose? start from the motor and follow it along, make sure everything is plugged up and in nicely.
there’s also supposed to be a sensor somewhere, check that first, make sure it’s still plugged in. it might be one with a magnet at the spoke or in/on the hub connection itself. look for an electrical connection in the back, that’s not the motor.
