  1. This is better than 2 spacers above. How much space do you have between the top of the steerer tube and the top cap? Ideally you’d have a 5 mm spacer above the stem.

  2. Personally I would probably go one above. This is one of those where it’s like juuuuuust pushing being a little too tall

    It’s not the best, but if you need to try it, try it. Make sure everything is tighten correctly, especially if there are carbon components.
    You could also consider an angle adjustable stem if you still feel too low.

  4. If you have a 2.5mm space on hand, take one spacer below out and put that 2.5mm in, replace the taken out space on top of the stem, put on the stem cap.

  5. spacer above only needed if your steerer tube is carbon, in order to not clamp it with the stem at the edge.

    Following…I have this issue too. I added a Redshift stem to a carbon tube and there’s just not room for a spacer on top anymore.
