Nobody is going to notice pedals, when all you can see are those poorly adjusted handlebars.
Any amount of color added to a black bike is a good idea in my book that said they gonna be covered by your feet most the time so whatever works best and keeps your feet from slipping is best imo!
The stem and handlebars are worse than the pedalsÂ
Missing spacers above stem. That’s a must-fix before riding.
