[Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Heat up here. [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] Heat up here. [Music] [Music] Heat [Music] [Music] up here. Heat. [Music] Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] [Music] Guys, this is Matlo Park, a town which has grown to be so close to my heart. And today I’m back here to explore how a day in the life of a UK biker looks like. So, welcome to the channel. I’m going to be exploring a day in the life of a UK biker. Let’s do this. [Music] [Music] So yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Heat. Give me the front. Heat. [Music] Heat. [Music] [Music] I’ve got a bullet as well. Yeah. 500 bullet. Yeah. designed in the UK yet or designed a drinking for [Applause] would you say biking to you is it a passion or a lifestyle? Freedom. Yeah. When did you start it? Uh about 3 months ago. Yeah. How how how is it so far? Yeah. Absolutely love it. Best thing I did. I should have done it years ago. Cheers. All right. Do you have like a social media page where people can reach you out? Uh, no. I’m still old school. Okay. Thank you. That’s all right. What is it like Facebook? YouTube ID. You have yourself a nice day, mate. Yeah. Thank you. Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. See, there’s people here. See, this is the brothers. The brothers that have gone before me. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. The brothers that have gone before me. You know, plenty of them. Yeah. You know what I’m saying? Just people. Just bikers. Brothers. So, biking too is brotherhood. Yeah. Well, it is brotherhood because when when bikers um ride on the road and uh and others are passing by on the other side, they always greet with a nod. And if a biker gets stuck on the side of the road, you stop to help him. Yeah. That’s what you do as it’s a brotherhood. But now I’m going to take this opportunity, John, to um talk to you about the shield. It’s called the shield. Okay. And the man’s name is Chris Hogreavves. Chris Hargreaves and it’s bikers against um you know a lot of these illegals that are coming over now. They are milking our women. They are raping the women. They assaulting the women. They’re destroying the women’s lives uh lives and things like that. So what’s starting to happen is the bikers are starting to rise up in this nation and not violently but just um going in the the kids can get a a remote uh um a a number to press on their cell phone and immediately there will be a couple of bikers there and a couple of people there and that’s in every county in this country. So there’s a big movement of brotherhood rising up. Some of them are the outlaw bikers, 1enters, others are just normal bikers. Yeah. But there’s women and men and all sorts of people rising up. It’s very well organized um from the top all the way down. So is this like a social responsibility where bakers are coming out to show the world, look, we can be there for you. We are good people. We are against the social evils in the society. Is that Yeah. Look, I mean, you know what what they’re saying is we can’t wait for the government to uh um come and assist us to keep our children safe. Um you know, these illegals are taking the children from the nightclubs after they’ve had a couple too many. They’re youngsters. They’re stupid. We were all stupid at that age. And they’re taking them and they’re pulling them into taxis and putting them into the vans and they’re taking them to hotels and you know, and they’re raping them and they’re messing up their lives. And so the the brothers are going to start standing up and they are already in a national way. Ireland, Wales, Scotland, England, all going to start rising up. You see, we’ve been at peace for too long. Yeah. And so the men have become soft. But now the real men are going to start rising up and um that’s what’s going to happen. We put a stop to it. We don’t fight with them. We actually step in and we take the child away and we make sure she gets home safely. So at least her parents and whatever her family are not grieving that their daughter’s messed up and screwed up in the head. That’s absolutely brilliant. You like take me through the normal routine of a biker maybe from the time you get up in terms of preparation, checking the roots, checking the weather up to this point where you meet here in Matlab. So is that what you want to hear now? Yeah. And you know what with with me I work all day every day. So I don’t ride during the week because at my age now I need to I need to safely uh uh uh stretch out my energy you know. So when Saturday comes I mean that’s the time I look forward to climbing on my iron horse and and hitting the road you know and um and that’s wonderful. And you know, you well, you look at the weather, but it doesn’t really matter what the weather is. You know, if it’s going to rain and all of that, then I put a full face on. If it’s not going to rain, I wear my open pot helmet and uh and you know, we we hit the road, you know, we just hit the road and uh I always come out here to Maclo Bath and this is my favorite watering hole where I a thirsty cowboy can get a drink like, you know, and obviously take note, alcohol free. Yeah, alcohol free. Alcohol free. Very important. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Haven’t Yeah. I said that. Haven’t touched a drop of liquor in 39 years. Yeah. And I was a problem child. No drink, no drugs, no cigarettes, nothing for 39 years. And that’s how it should be. That’s why you still strong and energetic. And that’s why I’m talking to you about protecting our women and children. I’m married 40 years. Yeah. And I’ve got eight grandchildren and four children. And they all live here with me in England and we all live around each other in Chesterfield. Yeah, that’s good. I’m a family man. I’m 42. I’ve never taken alcohol. And when I say to people I’m 42, they don’t believe it because I made good choices. You’re 42. I’m 67. Yeah. You don’t look like it. No, I don’t. Where you from? I’m from Kenya. Kenya. Have you been to Kenya? I have. You should visit Kenya. Yeah. I’m from South Africa. Yeah. South Africa. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It’s in my bucket list when Is it on your bucket list? Yeah. I love so much. No, you got to go, bro. I have some good friends, YouTubers in South Africa. Okay. I’m I’m not so much into the modern technology. I let my wife do all of that and my kids. Yeah. Take me through your motorbike. Which model? Which year? Well, it’s a it’s a 1600 1585 whatever. 1600 Fat Boy. Harley Fat Boy. It’s called a Fat Boy. I mean, it’s got nice fat tires on it and, uh, it cushions a lot of the bumps and things like that. Uh, it’s a nice easy ride, forward control, so your legs are out front, your your your arms are high, apers, and so at least you can, you know, putting putting these mirrors on, you can see the cars behind you. A lot of the guys have to put mirrors underneath their handlebars to look. I don’t have to worry. I look over my shoulder. I can see everything. It’s a lovely free way of riding. The wind blows down into your armpits. The hair flies from underneath your arms. I mean, you know, that’s the way it goes. So, it’s a lovely bike. It’s It’s very noisy. It’s It’s loud. It’s fast. Um, it’s powerful. It’s a man’s bike. No plastic on here. No plastic on here. Everything is iron metal. Talk to me about how the bikers dress here because that’s crazy. Yeah, because uhoh someone is in trouble. Well, I don’t even know those two like but anyway. Yeah. Look, you know, bikers here are very different to South Africa. Most in South Africa, most of the bikers there are patch riders. They they they ride with a patch on their back. Yeah. Sacred warrior. Sacred warrior. Yeah. I used to be a pastor back in South Africa and I used to bury the bikers and marry marry off the bikers and serve the bikers and try and help piece their lives together and just be a genuine friend. That’s what I did, you know, and that’s what I still do. I’m a friend of the bikers. This is not a club. I don’t belong to any club anymore. I used to ride with an international outfit and I was a national one of the national leaders in South Africa of this outfit. But now I ride alone. Um this is the name of my business. I do leather work. So my business is called Sacred Warrior. W E A R. Sacred Warrior. And um yeah, so when I get a chance I I fiddle on leather, you know, for the bikers. I make armbands and uh I do all sorts of things, you know. Uh I made this for my bike. I did this back in South Africa when it was um you know when when the the whole what they call it that stupid uh thing came in. Yeah. And uh so I made a mask. Yeah. Yeah. You know really made a nice leather mask. You can be breathe through it. And last week, two weeks ago, I got stung by a bumblebee. It whacked me here as I was riding along the road, but I didn’t have my mask on. So, that was a bit of a That was s Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Good. But, um, no, I love it. I love biking. I’ve been biking since ‘ 70s. Early ‘7s. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. One way. One way. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, uh you know um I represent the bikers, but um I’m not that well known out in England, and I’m not looking to get known. I’m just a nobody. I’m just a biker that’s seen many many kilometers and miles. Yeah. And uh seen a lot of road and everything like that. Basically seen it all. Well, you know what? Been there, done it, got the scars. You know what I mean? The t-shirt’s worn out and thrown away. Yeah. Got the scars. But yeah, I’ve been busy with bikers for many, many years since early ‘7s, you know. Yeah. Yeah. Good. Early ‘7s. Let me let me capture that. Yeah, I’ll make them myself. You know, I’ll do all my own leather. I’m going to upholster here one of these days and did a little bit of my own stuff and my tool bag. These are Kudu. Kudu saddle bags. Yeah. Yeah. Kudu. They’re so old. They’ve been on many bikes with me. You can see wear and tear. That’s how I’m going to look one of these days. And everything’s going to shrink and shrivel. Not anytime soon because you’re taking good care of yourself. Well, you know what? God is taking good care of me. I have I like that. I have to submit myself to him, my creator, and trust that he will take care of me because uh me I’m an accident waiting to happen. You know what I mean? I’m always well, not anymore, but forever in trouble. I’ve seen my I’ve seen all the hardships and all this stuff. Yeah. you know, I’ve been in the prisons, been in the mental institutions, been on the streets. I’ve I’ve written with all sorts of people. I’ve done everything. You know, in and out of court, in and out of prison, hard labor camps I’ve been in. Um, but you know what? Today, I love my family. 40 years married. Um, my second wife, I got a daughter of 42, you know, your age. Yeah. And, um, I live a clean life. another church and um I I helped serve the people. I had my own church many years ago. It was a biker church in South Africa. Big one. Yeah. And we only met at night but we were very active and we served our community. We served the bikers in our in our cities. Yeah. So I was a regional man. I was a regional president. Great. Yeah. Fantastic. Good. This is what I enjoy doing when I’m not working. Capturing the bikes. For sure. For sure. And one day you’re going to get your own. Of course. I’m thinking of it. Why not? Why not? I’ve come to really like the closest thing to riding a horse. Yeah. Yeah. Because you feel the wind. You smell the air. It’s not the same in a car, you know. It’s very different. I’m very, very soon. Yeah. Well, brothers and sisters, don’t forget to go and look and Google the shield or your shield with Chris Hargreaves, okay? All the 1% bikers and all the bikers, they’re getting together to protect our community, to protect our women and our children from predators and uh we uh to keep our community safe. No more no more nonsense. It’s over in our country. That’s a very good initiative. I’m going to be championing. Oh, he left underneath. Yeah. How does it feel to be a lady biker? Because this is something I’m finding not so many ladies engage in biking. How does it feel for you? I think it’s just like a males kind of world. So like being a female, it’s just good. Yeah. Try and beat all the boys. How long have you been doing this now? Uh 6 years now. Yeah. How do you find it? I love it. Is it something you’d urge other ladies to join? Definitely. Yeah. How is an ordinary day for you when you’re coming, you’re going for a ride? Um, in terms of preparation, the challenges along the way, it’s more just the car drivers for the most part. But other than that, as long as it’s sunny, it’s good. Yeah, that’s good. Thank you. [Music] Whoa. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] You can see it. Yeah. [Music] She likes Milan [Music] as well. I didn’t expand the doors. Yeah. Similar Those ones look distressed. You don’t make it. Yes. Just [Music] [Music] I do YouTube videos. Do you mind appearing by? Yeah, maybe we can have a small start on Do you do this as a passion or lifestyle? Uh, well, a bit of both. Really? Bit of both. Yeah. How long have you been doing biking? Oh, a long time. Long time. Yeah. How do you find it? Yeah. Good. Yeah. Is it something you can encourage people to join? Yes, definitely. I would always encourage people to do it. How is your day like? Like in terms of preparation, checking the roots, the challenges on the road. I’d rather just jump on and go. That’s my thing. Yeah. Oh, brilliant. Okay. Thank you. Thank you. Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] Heat.
