A reminder that Natavi is at 11 minutes 29 in the general classification and the stage winner has gone. BL clan goes and that’s a nasty crash. Left hand side the world champion is down. The world champion is down. We are outside the 3 km to go rule today. Pulatcha today will lose time. It’s a mechanical that needs sorting out here by neutral service. And today Patcha crashing. We’re not yet at the Pyrenees but there will be gaps. Yes, there will be gaps. And uh we can see there it’s going at a you know majorly fast pace here. And when you lose contact with the group you’re in there that gap grows out very very quickly. Luckily no damage to his bike there. He got it you know straightened up. Got the chain back on and he’s back on the road here. But he is going to lose time. 23 seconds in counting. This is how it happened over side. Yep. I got to say there was no corner. He must have over overlapped the wheel and there it is. He was over the wheel of one of the Uno X mobility drives. Holland I think that was. So Pugacha as they swung across to the right he was leaning to the left and went straight over the back wheel. Drama all day at the tour to France and this is the group that Puggatra is now relying on to him back. Now he’ll need an advise and company. Now they drop back the help and at the front already riding Adam Yates is there but they need as much support as possible. Tulatcha traveling at 20 seconds already from Yonas Vineyor and the rest of the GC riders. You can see that at the front it’s just 11 seconds. 3 km to go now. This was that safety debt. 3 km to go where if there are any crashes, any problems, you got the same time of the group. Oh, they’re waiting. I was going to say what Pagacha needs is a truce. He needs a ceasefire at the front and that is exactly what’s happened. So that’s a gesture by the other favorites towards Tad Pagato which he will very very much appreciate happening. So they’re sitting up basically allowing the return of Tad Pugacha. Yes. And we could see there, you know, where Pogcha was. He was a bit further back. So probably some of the riders did not see it and they were already riding at quite a strong pace. So the information come through, knock it off. And uh yeah, this is uh considering what’s going on today, it’s a one which I, you know, wonder would they, you know, think of that or want to do that, but obviously they’ve got the call. And the big question now is the call. What is the damage? That will be the question after today and heading into tomorrow. The first big mountain stage of this tour that could be really compromising for Ted Pachad. Now Matu Vanderpool stranded at 10 seconds. 2.2 km to go. In the meantime, panic over for Pulachad. They have waited for the world champion after that crash. No time lost for Tade Pulacha. But here a stage to be won in and amongst the thousands to watch them at the tour to France. The biggest bike race in the world and two riders who have never done it before. But they can’t afford to look at each other because a man who knows how to do it is there as Healey is the man in the yellow saying we wait, we wait. He will see him and then they will ride in calm. I think now yeah they’ll cruise in behind. But these two can do anything but cruise. Surely the message has gone through for them. directors, do not sit up for a second. Don’t start to fox with each other because then the hound will be on you. It’s been a while for Norway. Ed Voss and Hรคen from the breakaway. Their last stage win almost 10 years ago. Father Paul, well, he did it last week. She’s 9 seconds 8 seconds away. Yes. And he’s made a big effort here. And unless they start, you know, to play around before the sprint, they have to ride into the last 500 meters at least. And then if they want to look at each other a bit, but I think he’ll be made aware of the situation behind. So both continue on to contribute and keep this pace going. Smid there who’s done it before at the Goro, but wants a tour stage win. Jar Lulu have been so unlucky with that moment of course for Ben O Connor, but they have their chances. 9 seconds going into the final few hundred meters. They look and wait, Robbie. I’ll say one thing to you. Amster Gold Race 2019. It can’t happen again, can it? It’s under Paul. Of course it can. They give him an opportunity, he’ll be there. Father Paul inside the final 600 m chasing Schmidt who’s at the front. Abramson behind. A reminder that Yonas Abramson crashed on the opening day of the tour of Belgium 24 hours after having been announced as in the team for Uno Xmobility. They’re invited here. He wasn’t even meant to be here. And behind Machopool comes with 400 meters to go. He’s 70 m behind them now. Think back to gold 2019. The making of the man. But this time he might just be late to the party because the sprint goes with 200 m. It’s Abrahamson on the left hand side trying to get around. Is there enough strength there? I’m not sure because Schmidt’s there. Abramson’s there. It’s Abrahamson. Abraid. They both come to the line together. There is Mata Fool late to the party and it’s been a day of anarchy. The tour of France rule books ripped up. Wow. Wow. This has been something really special written at almost 49ks an hour. Well, what an end to this day. Uh and it started out as you know a day which was looking like it was going to be a really interesting day and it turned out exactly like that. behind in the next group. There will go for places. We wait to see who crossed the line exactly first. And who’s taken the win? The riders didn’t know as they did it themselves. Here comes Fernat on the right hand side rolling for those remaining places behind him. Lance is there as well. This is absolutely mayhem towards the end. And we even had the pitch invader there as well into the mix just to confuse things further. Well, domestique of the day, the man from the organization with a textbook rugby tackle to keep him off the course, but it looked like Yonas Abraham did get there. Schmidt, I think, was so concerned about Matthew Vanderpool on the way across. He kept the pace on, but enough to give Abrahamson a long enough sit in the wheel, line him up, and there it is. A first ever Grand Tour stage win for Udo X Mobility. A first for Norway in a long long time. From Guanhagen to Abramson, the man who was not even meant to be there. He’s done a haymon training on the home trainer getting to the door to France after just one day in Belgium when he crashed and broke the collarbone. It healed in nine days and he’s taken 11 here to get on the road, up the road and finish it off. Yonas Abramson wins the stage for Unoex takes it for Norway. It has been something mightily special from Abramson and Unoex and from the whole Pelatin. They will take a while to understand exactly what happened between kilome 0 and 156.

  1. Props to the GC guys for waiting on Pogacar. No one wants to win like that. Also big up to the lightning fast Shimano guy and of course Abrahamsen for taking the W after attacking from the get go. Well deserved.

  2. Am I being callous thinking that they shouldn't have slowed down for Pog? It was Pog's fault that he overlapped. If Sinner picks up an injury then Alcaraz isn't going to just hit the ball straight to him for the rest of the match. Drive the nail home, no?

  3. He broke his collar bone 9 days ago!!?? That seems to be a common thing with cyclists ie Lance Armstrong and yes, even myself (Taking a corner too steep).and I'm sure many others.

  4. I have to tell you guys something about Norwegians racing and competing, i Follow races in Norway and in Scandinavia. In cross country skiing they step on non Norwegians skiers so they fall. They sabotage on purpose for all non Norweigan people. Its a team thing. Norwegians sabotage races in Winter every week for non Norwegians. if you compete in Norway on skies for example they step on your skies and tackles you so you fall. Its on purpose so i say give it BACK TO THEM. THEY WANT TO HURT AND WIN. DONT LET THAT HAPPEN IN BICYCLERACING.

TRUST ME THEY STEP IN FRONT ON PURPOSE TO HURT YOU.
