When bedding a new rotor and pads in it's making this noise at higher brake pressures. Low pressure it bites well and no noise. Pulling hard makes this. Any ideas?

Check first if the rotor is not bent (or well installed; is it lockring or 6 bolts? Lockring I guess). Nice Emonda btw!
Something’s loose imo. Double check all the bolts and ensure the rotor isn’t catching on the caliper.
That’s some vibration going through there
