nope, you have to remove that and put in some tupeless tape, remember to get tape that is 2mm wider than the gap.
but as other mentioned if this is for high pressure,, like 45psi plus, then you need rims specifically designed for tupeless.

No. These wheels are not tubeless ready, it wouldn’t make sense with the shape of the rim bed anyway. If you find conflicting information that’s because you are actually looking at specification of different wheelsets or something like that.

They need to be completely sealed. If that rim strip isn’t stuck down with adhesive, then they could still work tubeless but you’d need to remove the rim strip and replace with a rim tape made for a tubeless setup. This isn’t a confirmation that those rims are tubeless ready, just that if they are you’d need to have the correct tape. Stan’s makes rim tape of varying widths and you can even use a tape like Gorilla tape, but it’s messy to work with due to the adhesive and it’s also thicker and heavier. The extra tape thickness can be your friend on smaller rims or with bigger beaded tires. It can also make it a bitch to get some tires on.

Not tubless ready but you can try with tubless tape or for cheaper alternativ elecrical tape. Have seen berm peak done it on non tubless wheels so im guessing it would work

I don’t think your wheels are TLR since I see no bumps for the bead seats.
